They offered a deal for a feature place in a mag and then never followed through so no bio, no feature, and as far as I can tell, no mag but yet they dun me constantly. Beware.

We work with AI since about one year and it was a pleasure every time. They do great work and have a very fast response time.

These people are beyond annoying, they have been sending me SPAM for about a year, every time I block one e-mail they just start sending from another. I don't own the company and I don't need your award. just leave me alone.

For those that have read this far, this company is a "Who's Who" scam where they offer to provide you with a recognition for a fee, they will "publish" the award for free, but if you want proof there is a fee.

We have had two articles published in AI magazine and have found the copywriting and graphic design to be of a high standard. They are responsive, and open to feedback, which is great when trying to ensure the right message is published. The PDF copies of articles are great for handing out at exhibitions and the link to the online article provides a quick and easy way to impress a new client.

This company sends massive amounts of completely unqualified spam and ignores ALL unsubscribe requests (I've sent 20 so far). I've even rung their offices and they still continue to send spam - I would advise ANYONE to avoid doing business with a company that is this cavalier with data. I am also reporting them to the ICO.

They were prompt, responsive and yes, delivered as promised. A good experience overall.

Professional approach and accurate delivery to commitment

Not such a good experience (understatement). The UAE Business Awards winners' supplement was supposed to be produced and released in April. We're now at the end of the month of May (Ramadan has just started), and the publication is still not out. I communicated to the team multiple times that we prefer to cancel our participation due to the delay, however, they all keep on ignoring my emails and calls. On top of that, I received an email on Friday, saying "add a positive review of your experiences of working with us on our Google page"...outrageous! Very bad customer service.

This was the first time we have used Global Media and found them a pleasure to work with. very quick at responding to any problems by return of email. Well presented work and well edited .

What a hoot! They keep emailing me with our company name back to front. I see from the other reviewers that everyone gets offered an award (plus VAT on the postage) if they are gullible enough to fall for their scam. A quick search test seems to show their "digital magazine" uses text copied from others' websites. Shame I have to award 1 star in order to post here.
