Unfortunately they're one of the most active "vanity awards" company in the world, basically selling business-recognition-as-a-business, a prize-for-pay scheme.
A short google check on what a vanity award scheme is, will reveal the sort of business they seem to run, which appears to be legal, certainly, but is far from being ethical.
The company I work for and some of our clients have received a wall of unsolicited emails from at least 3 of their magazines, where a template wording has been used and where we were asked to pay to get an award we couldn't have won.
Do your research before paying for anything.

These people are spammers and cheaters. They have sent literally hundreds of emails to email addresses that don't exist at my company claiming that we have 'won' an award - They invite us to advertise with them because we are a winner, with special discounted prices for winners.
From my experience this company is not legitimate, and I doubt very much that Jo Holloway the sender of the emails, even exists - Stay well away from them.
If you look at the 5 star reviews you will notice that they are from people that have only done a single review - the review of this company. It seems that they are using fake accounts to try to improve their rating.
They were easy to work with once we straightened the financial around. There were some initial issues but they were worked out quickly. From that point on, they were very easy to work with and very polite. We look forward to working with them again.

Scam company, website is wildly inaccurate.
They claim to have just under 2 million in their complete group circulation but have just under 10 thousand followers on twitter, it's much harder to gauge their actual reach compared to other publishers who present a more varied representation of the publishers which operate underneath in a range of different representational figures of the social media attached to said secondary publishers.
Seem to have a sudden influx of good reviews as well, I guess as a result of changing their policy with regards to prompting customers to leave a review if they have chosen to do business with them.
annoying spammers constantly sending out junk mail by the bogus name of "worldwide business review" trying to scam people , convincing them they will win some sort of "award" if they accept their "nomination." stay far away
