Not such a good experience (understatement). The UAE Business Awards winners' supplement was supposed to be produced and released in April. We're now at the end of the month of May (Ramadan has just started), and the publication is still not out. I communicated to the team multiple times that we prefer to cancel our participation due to the delay, however, they all keep on ignoring my emails and calls. On top of that, I received an email on Friday, saying "add a positive review of your experiences of working with us on our Google page"...outrageous! Very bad customer service.
