Stayed at the one on Bob Hope by the 10. Comfortable bed roomy shower. Have yet to try the tub but I m told it turns water blue. Pool area is well maintained with shady seating under umbrellas or plants and gym are clean. Lots of attractions and seasonal events in the area. It does get windy in the evening.

Crazy but the Waters restaurant has the best chicken tenders I've ever had. Steakhouse is amazing, pricy but delicious! Not a bad seat in the house if you are going to see a show there.

This is a casino it's pretty good I considered a five-star it's a small what can I say it's a casino.

I love this place...so many different options. It is kept very clean and the employees are beyond helpful.

No real payouts. Small wins here & there. Made changes to the player club & what a mistake! Casino is empty most of the time so machines just can't support winner's like inn the past.

This is now a non-smoking casino . It seems they are keeping it very clean. Machines weren't paying big, bit allowing you to play for quite awhile on your money. I had a great time!

I like how clean the casino hotel resort is and the spa is awesome. The staff really makes you feel comfortable.

I just go for the shows because it has a really nice performance theater.

Thou the place has a nice atmosphere, a variety of games, food & events, it would help if the games were a bit looser with allowing people to win. Understandably, it's a casino & is there to make a profit, but psychologically, people tend to play more & spend more, if the games payed out more.

I am done with this casino I was supposed to have 30 dollars free play and it was not there I went to ace club and the supervisor said there was nothing he could do I turned in my black card and said I would not be back again

WOW!!! We stayed for 2 amazing nights in a suite. This casino goes all out on their suites! The jacuzzi tub is incredible. In the casino I won big time. The steak house is amazing, well worth the price. My only complaint is that they only have 1 parking space for charging an electric vehicle. I love staying here.

Agua Caliente Casino Resort and Spa is a very entertaining place to visit located in Rancho Mirage and other Desert cities you ate sure to find something fun for you to do. It has something for everyone to do from the swimming pool to the night life dining and of course tables games and slot machines. I recommend Cleopatra Keno.

I would love to get deals on rooms. We visit at times and we got to worry about our limit of having fun because we have to drive back home. That's what I would love to have. But over all we always have an amazing time Gibson family

Beautiful place. Would like top have stayed. But as it turns out, as an RV'er, they told me I was welcome to come in and eat, drink, play some games.... and then leave... sorry, you can't park here. That makes no sense at all. Why in the h@// would I want to stay long enough to get tired and drunk and then hop behind the wheel and go driving?? Find another place to lose your money as they don't give a rat's @$$ about their customers.

The buffet was good, lots of selection for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Mondays is but 1 get one free.

It was just a nice getaway. Not to far to drive, but far enough for getaway. Rooms very nice, staff very polite and whole place was clean ,clean,clean.

After staying only 1 night for our Anniversary, we canceled our Anniversary dinner & playing Slots due to the overwhelming thick cigarette smoke. No dividers separating the dining, the hotel or front areas. Very difficult to breath for non-smokers. They seriously need dividers and better circulation.

The casino was nice. I went with friends during a business trip. Smoking is allowed in the casino but when I lit a cigar the rules changed. It seems that cigarettes are OK but not cigars. Well they actually did me a favor since I'm not much of a gambler. The told me I could go to the cigar lounge. It was one of the nicest cigar lounges I've been to. They had a wonderful selection of Scotch, and several large TVs with sports.

I want my money back. Nickel slots go through your wallet faster than you think. Very depressing casino just like every other. If you love to gamble though you'll love it.

The whole place smelled like smoke, but after passing through the actual casino, it is an elegant place to go to

We've been to almost every casino from northern Cali to southern Cali good and bad but this one's on the top 5. It's clean and has lots of games we like to play.

This casino is clean, nice air quality and spacious. Plenty room in aisles while walking around and between games. Music was at comfortable level and, the atmosphere was great. I really liked this casino but, the slots were very tight. We played a decent amount and didn't even hit a bonus.

Never win here .I do everywhere else and I also get free play At Augustine. And I spend just about the same amount of money. Go figure!

Middle of the road casino. Rooms are okay if you get it comped. Nothing exciting about the casino floors.

You can t check-in without walking through the smoke filled rooms. Service and staff are excellent though.

It's a great lil spot for a quick reset. Friendly employees , not too many children at all. Pool is nice size and refreshing. The rooms are basic but tidy and turn down service is pretty nice.

If you want to put $20 in the slot machine, then blink and your money is gone, then this is the place for you. Commies

Great Resort! Everything is very very clean and well maintained. The staff was very welcoming and nice! The Gym and Pool area are top notch. The rooms are spacious and the AC very quiet. Unconditionaly recommended

Had a great time. My steak from the Steakhouse was the most delicious, moist, tender, & cut like butter. Sat next to a beautiful stranger at the bar while I ate dinner. I broke even on the machines. I will be back!!!

I spent a good 8 hours here just visiting while vacationing at palm springs. They have a decent sized casino with a good variety of slots but not too many blackjack tables. The food here is amazing for casino level food. The chicken burrata at the cafe was awsome. Valet is free and parking is plentiful.

Great venue, excellent theatre, loved the Steakhouse. One point off for the ever-present tobacco smoke that pervades these establishments. I don't care how good their ventilation system is they can't eliminate that disgusting factor.

I was up at the end of the night. Very pracefull and relaxing night.

Why do we have to wait for a room when it is after check in time? Everything else was very nice and clean. Service great.
