For me, AGC provided an extremely insightful and productive internship experience. I was given a constant work flow from Analysts, Associates, Partners, and even the CEO. Everybody in the firm showed great appreciation for the work that was completed and provided constructive criticism in a productive way that helped me learn from my mistakes.

One thing about the program that I found particularly great was that the firm assigns each intern a mentor (typically an Analyst at the firm). Throughout this internship, my fellow interns and I built strong relationships with our respective mentors which continued to promote the strong, tight-knit work environment that the firm tries to encourage through all levels.

I found AGC to be an exceptional work environment to get an experience in Investment Banking and the internship program itself helped me grow immensely as a person.

Top-flight learning experience for banking and beyond. If you want to be entrepreneurial and have responsibility early on in a career, this is the place to be a junior banker. Opportunities for personal and professional growth have no ceiling for those that are self-disciplined, thoughtful, and high energy. No better way to learn than by doing, and no better people to hop in the trenches with than at AGC.

Interning at AGC Partners has been an amazing experience. Through 5 weeks of the program, I have been able to work on live deals, interact with Analysts, Project Managers, and even Partners, all while being trained on the most important concepts within Investment Banking. AGC prioritizes the intern s growth throughout the summer, and this is what makes it such an amazing program. There are multiple weekly training sessions held, and all of the Analysts are more than willing to walk you through something if it does not make sense. AGC gives each employee lots of responsibility, which allows Analysts to grow very quickly and progress much faster than Analysts at other companies. Even as an intern, I have been given great responsibility, as I have sat in on management calls, worked on materials that have been sent to clients, and even participated in meetings with the CEO. AGC has a family feel to it, as everyone is working together, trying to reach a common goal. AGC has been the perfect summer internship, and I would highly recommend the company if you are trying to grow professionally and learn at an unprecedented pace!

AGC has provided me with a great summer internship experience. Being in-office this summer has been very beneficial to my ability to learn about this industry and what it takes to succeed. Ben and the whole AGC team have gone out of their way to ensure we are getting the most out of our time here, gaining the skills necessary to be successful. Weekly after-work events with the entire team are also a huge benefit and very fun to be a part of. I recommend this to all willing to work hard and be a part of a motivated and tight-knit team.

AGC Partner's Internship program gives you real experience on deals, which is paired seamlessly with training and learning sessions on the side. You truly get to see each part of the deal and are able to learn from individuals at every level of the firm.

AGC stimulates significant personal and professional development. In a welcoming, tight-knit, and high-energy environment, I never had a low day due to their people and community values. Transparent, respectful, and generous, my coworkers, from the CEO to interns, were great to be around. That theme rang true for each member regardless of status or background. This made everyone feel included and comfortable and led to a very enjoyable work space. As a result, I built some very valuable relationships.

Due to that strong community, despite consistent deal flow, there was always an opportunity to stop, talk, and learn as a team, so everyone was on the same page and could keep moving towards our goals. Leadership took responsibility in training each member of the team to keep everyone growing and confident in their abilities. This facet was awesome and something I hadn't seen before. Upper-level management was always approachable, friendly, and honest, too.

As a microcosm for the whole operation, the CEO, and Partners as well, would, at least once a day, walk around, cracking jokes with the group, before stopping at one member's desk to help work through a problem he/she was struggling with. This was great and emphasized our team mentality.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with or more thankful for my experience at AGC.

AGC fosters exceptional growth. I have gained so much more than I ever expected from my first job after graduating from college. Having the opportunity to work closely every day with a CEO is something for which I will always be grateful, and it is inspirational how hands on Ben Howe works with employees at all stages in the company. He cares about helping people achieve success on both professional and personal levels. AGC is the perfect environment for people who like to push themselves and aim high, and the partners work endlessly to help every employee reach their full potential. The culture that AGC has created adds a new dimension to how we are all able to function together as a team, really getting to know each other so that we work most effectively as a company, across all departments. I feel very lucky to have found a rigorous workplace that continues to push me to do my best, as well as have fun and create lifelong bonds with others at the company.

My internship experience at AGC has been instructive, fulfilling, and full of learning. They've done a great job with the program throughout this time during COVID. The work I have done has contributed towards deals as well as been fun and insightful. AGC's a great place to work and learn a lot about investment banking.

I could not have asked for a better experience at AGC. As an intern, you undergo rigorous training sessions throughout the program that help hone your technical, analytical, and writing skills. In addition, AGC pairs you up with a mentor who provides you with an enormous amount of deal and research work. The mixture of research work and live deals allowed me to deep dive into the various sectors of technology as well as delve into the meat of a deal, providing me with invaluable experience. I highly recommend interning at AGC Partners.

I have found AGC's Summer Analyst program to be an invaluable learning experience. The firm embodies a tight-knit, high-energy, and hard-working culture. The intern program also allows members to work on live deals with mentors (usually a full-time analyst) and partake in various testing programs to learn the necessary skills to succeed in the industry.
