Interning at AGC Partners has been an amazing experience. Through 5 weeks of the program, I have been able to work on live deals, interact with Analysts, Project Managers, and even Partners, all while being trained on the most important concepts within Investment Banking. AGC prioritizes the intern s growth throughout the summer, and this is what makes it such an amazing program. There are multiple weekly training sessions held, and all of the Analysts are more than willing to walk you through something if it does not make sense. AGC gives each employee lots of responsibility, which allows Analysts to grow very quickly and progress much faster than Analysts at other companies. Even as an intern, I have been given great responsibility, as I have sat in on management calls, worked on materials that have been sent to clients, and even participated in meetings with the CEO. AGC has a family feel to it, as everyone is working together, trying to reach a common goal. AGC has been the perfect summer internship, and I would highly recommend the company if you are trying to grow professionally and learn at an unprecedented pace!
