AGC stimulates significant personal and professional development. In a welcoming, tight-knit, and high-energy environment, I never had a low day due to their people and community values. Transparent, respectful, and generous, my coworkers, from the CEO to interns, were great to be around. That theme rang true for each member regardless of status or background. This made everyone feel included and comfortable and led to a very enjoyable work space. As a result, I built some very valuable relationships.

Due to that strong community, despite consistent deal flow, there was always an opportunity to stop, talk, and learn as a team, so everyone was on the same page and could keep moving towards our goals. Leadership took responsibility in training each member of the team to keep everyone growing and confident in their abilities. This facet was awesome and something I hadn't seen before. Upper-level management was always approachable, friendly, and honest, too.

As a microcosm for the whole operation, the CEO, and Partners as well, would, at least once a day, walk around, cracking jokes with the group, before stopping at one member's desk to help work through a problem he/she was struggling with. This was great and emphasized our team mentality.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with or more thankful for my experience at AGC.
