AGC fosters exceptional growth. I have gained so much more than I ever expected from my first job after graduating from college. Having the opportunity to work closely every day with a CEO is something for which I will always be grateful, and it is inspirational how hands on Ben Howe works with employees at all stages in the company. He cares about helping people achieve success on both professional and personal levels. AGC is the perfect environment for people who like to push themselves and aim high, and the partners work endlessly to help every employee reach their full potential.
