Worst place ever it s been 2 months and my vehicle still hasn t been repaired I was dealing with Kamil Edmonds and at first he was responsive and would call me back and keep me in the loop and after 3 weeks he gave me another guy to talk to Chris Miller I have been trying to get a hold of him for the last month and a half not one time has this guy answered nor called me back I don t k ow how these guys are still in business

Its been three weeks and still have got nothing taken care of for my claim, which is a hit and run. As soon as my claim is closed I will never be with multi state again, which is the insurance company who uses this joke of a claim department.

I'm going though the same thing that everybody else is and my understanding is that they have 15 day to call you back and 40 days to resolve your claim if they don't you can contact the department of insurance and file a claim though them and afa claim services will get penalized

The accident occurred on 12/24/19 but we had to wait for the police report to get the other parties information. We reported the claim on 1/16/20, and never got a call on 1/21/20 we contacted this company again and got the adjusters name and email. We then sent them the police report showing their insured at fault as well as photo of the damage and the estimate to repair. Today I just got an email from the adjuster stating they have not completed their liability investigation and have not made a decision to pay our claim. REALLY?? They have now gone outside of the timeline per the Department of Insurance for review and decision on liability and payment, I requested her bosses contact information but I'm not holding my breath they will respond back. This is a small claim for $699.47 and they continue to drag their feet. Their customer service is sub par at best but had to give them 1 star to post my review. Be warned if you have a claim that uses this company to adjust your claim it will take forever and don't expect them to contact you. You will have to stay on top of them or contact the Department of Insurance to make a complaint. Even if I had to snail mail the documents to them, this delay is still outside the guidelines.

I have been stranded at a body shop calling this company for 2 hours. My car was hit in April by one of their customers. They dodged my calls for months before finally approving my repairs and sending me a check for the wrong amount and now they won t answer the phone. I have called 30 times.

This place is very unprofessional. I've waited 4 months for my car to get repaired and it still isn't at a repair shop. I waited almost a month for the appraisal, now another 3 months for my car just to sit there. They told me my car was in for repair and should be done in 5-7 days. Now, I find out my car isn't even at the shop and the repairs haven't been started so god know how much longer I have to wait. I called repeatedly trying to get information and my calls went unanswered and ignored then I called from a different number and they answered on the 1st ring. Over it! I need my car. The claims person is Ebony Ferguson. Ridiculous !

Does anyone know how to file a complaint or report this insurance company? They shouldn t be allowed to operate, it s been over a month and no one has returned my phone calls and my car hasn t been to any repair shop, appraisal, NOTHING!!! I ve called EVERY DAY. They re not listed on the BBB. Please anyone with info on how to report this company please respond! They need to be shut down, never experienced a complete lack of professionalism, lack of outreach and lack of information from any company. Melissa Gomez is my assigned adjuster from AFA Claim Services and she hasn t been professional nor courteous to respond nor her supervisor

WORST experience EVER it has been almost two months and my car is still sitting in my driveway. They seem to not care about the customer service. My experience is with Samantha Miller we have sent her pictures and videos and have not heard back from her. Left multiple messages and nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are highly unprofessional and the worst to handle any claim. Threatened me to deny my claim for no reason . This company should be reported to the better business bureau and shut down .

I hate to be a member of this club! In my life, I have never, never seen such a horrible organization. As all of the reviews state, if you re not on hold for days, and days, and days, you re being asked to re-submit forms, that you submitted over, and over, and over,. In the end, The car is trying to be totaled! Kelly low bluebook, how s the car $12,000. Two estimates on the repairs, or for 4500, and 5000. This is an attempt by this insurance company, to send a payoff check to the finance company, leave us with a balance due,, And no car. Please please please, tell everyone you know, to avoid these people. We found that the Los Angeles office, does not exist. The Texas corporate office, does not exist. I can only suspect that this company operates out of a car with a cell phone

It's taken 2 months to get paid for a claim that is not my fault. They wont pay up front for a rental car for me to go to work in. The agent wont answer his phone or respond to me. The body shop is waiting for me to get a rental car b4 I take my car in for repair. I just talked to the agent. They have no arrangements made between retal car agencies and their company. If I were you I would RUN from this horrible company that is requiring me to pay $350 rental fee up front, then submit an invoice to the claims department and wait an interminable amount of time to reimburse me. I am 73 years old. I have a job to go to that I have to have a rental car for. In all my years of having wrecks that were not my fault there has NEVER been an insurance company that refused to pay for a rental car. Dont even THINK about getting insurance from these shiesters. There home office is a small HOME in California. Unprofessional. Poor quality. Unresponsive to my request.

What an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and just go ahead and file a complaint with the state you are in. It will end up happening anyways because they won't return calls or emails and send a check for an amount far less than what they agreed to pay. This company needs to be shutdown, they are horrible to deal with.

Filed a complaint with department of insurance ca. This place should not be allowed to operate. You have to constantly call, email aggressively for anything to happen. Been over a month still waiting for replaced claim check. First they took a long time saying they couldn t get ahold of their insured I contacted him first try. Next they said they mailed a claim check never came. They said they reissued it still waiting. They don t return calls or emails unless you harass the operators. Which are not located same place as adjusters. I can go on and on so stressful dealing with them. Something has to be done about this place!!!!!

Don't bother doing business with them, they will be out of business soon. Worst than Kemper. No emails or mail, all done over the phone and no one seems to know what they are talking about. They transfer you around like a ping pong ball. Estimates get altered, laws are broken. No empathy or respect for their customers AT ALL. Currently suing the life out of them.

This is the worst claims services ever! It took a month to try and get my car in a shop. You can never get in contact with anyone whether it may be phone calls or email. I had to threaten to sue them in order to get my car in the shop. Now that my car is ready, the shop nor I can get ahold of them once again! This company needs to shut down, they literally can careless about their customers.

Worst insurance ever, can't get a hold of anyone, useless adjusters won't answer phone calls or call back, its been weeks now since my car accident and no one has come down to inspect the damages, no one has moved to the next step into fixing my vehicle, this is ridiculous. After this I will be contacting the department of insurance these a**holes will get a fine for this.

They don't deserve the star I have to give them. This company has horrible customer service. It's been 3 weeks since my first, and only, contact with Samantha Miller, the Clams Rep. She now refuses to return my calls. I will be reporting A F A to the Dept of Insurance.

Filed a claim with my insurance company and it was handed over to this company called to ask a couple questions and absolutely can not EVER get a hold of the claim adjuster and never returns calls absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any claim!!!
