I had a service appointment for periodic maintenance of my Monterosport (10,000 km service) today at 930am. So I arrived around 916am. I was able to get my car in the shop by 1248pm! They finished their works by 550pm. So frustraiting to wait so long! One whole day wasted!

I was disappointed on may last service! They are careless in handling car wash. My car got a scratch and dent. I ask them what was happened but they didn't accept the responsibility. They insist that they did not conduct the body check in the 1st place because the unit is dirty but my point is that, If all cars are being treated as that(no body checking), then something happen on the car during the service like scratch and dent. Then they can easily say that it was an old scratch and dent because it was not log on there checklist.

Agent Bugz Ramirez promised alot of freebies for the montero i bought from this dealer. Jusko until now di pa complete 1 month na mhigit and i dont even get updates about the orcr and insurance policy. Be warned about this agent. Sana di nalang talaga ako nahpadala sa paawa mo. Lesson learned. Do not trust the words they tell you.

To Bugz, what goes around comes around. Di ka aasenso sa ganyan kalakaran mo. Tandaan mo yan.

Poor service at check i at 9 am for service on on girl who then disappeared and told me to just wait. Once again no idea about customer service. Also when you need to pay the bill ony one cashier.

10k PMS - some raised issues not resolved. SA did not inform me. Went there as early as 5am only for the guard to tell me @past 6AM - again PAST 6am - that their service ctr has moved to another site.

15kPMS - Asked last 07Feb for a 6am 08Feb reservation. Got a text message that only Sunday sched is available. I said Sunday is ok. Got a textback asking for my details. Sent it to them. Got a call from a certain Paolo afterwards asking if Sunday is ok. I confirmed again that it's ok. Sunday - got to the new site @510am. Guard told me to wait since they would not open until 8am (nobody told me that). I said it's ok, I'll just stay and wait. Around 615am guard told me that I am not in the list of those with reservation. I asked him who could I talk to to fix it. He told me to wait for their people @8am. I said ok. Texted Paolo and the numbers from which I got the reservation last Friday. No reply. It's 717am now. No reply still. Well. I guess I'll just do the next PMS in their Paco branch. Service there the last time (during the time Peak Pasay had a labor problem/labor strike) was great despite the volume of customers (Pasay customers were diverted to them)!

Update 7:40am - called Paolo. Phone was ringing but no one answered.

Update 7:53am - I was the first one to arrive (510am) so I parked my car next to the entrance. The guard approached me and told me to transfer to the parking space adjacent the entrance. He said no one should park in front of the entrance until it opens (8am). I did. 730am - changed of guard. New guard approached another customer. Some chit-chat. Then he told the customer to park in front of the entrance so he could get in first once it opens.

The agent dyn has nothing to talk about. We reserve 5k. For g4 glx 2016 it's ok to talk to first. When we gave up 5k it suddenly changed. They are trying to force the unit to g4 gls we don't really like it .. two people are cheating on us boss like that. I did not attend. End of august 2016 my price increase seems to be 10k. i'll drop 5k ulet so i can discount 10k. It's the same price. Haha gago .. we should have said that we are more talkative

Worst service ever. You have to schedule an appointment to get serviced but receptionist keeps on forwarding me to a line that is either busy or nobody wants to pick up. Also almost impossible to schedule an appointment even if you get through even on weekdays

Good afternoon, after reading the comments from other customers, I was not surprised that I experienced poor customer service as well today. It served as a warning to me but I guess I believe in third chances. It's a simple matter, the alarm key battery of my 2014 Montero is starting to bog down and I need a replacement. Being the nearest dealer/service center in the vicinity of my office I called but the female staff on the other end of the line told me to call local 209. I tried several times but the number is unavailable. I asked one of my staff to call but to no avail. Upon trying the local number of the Parts/Accessories she managed to get through and was informed that it is available. I went out the office to buy the said batteries but when I got there, there is no available batteries. To the Manager, we as customers would like to assume that you know your company well and your staff are trained in their respective fields. However, it seems that you have a problem and I bet it's hard to pronounce. Either your employees do not respect you enough or disgruntled in some ways because they are setting aside a special time of their work day to humiliate you in this section of your website. One thing going for you and your dealership/service center is that you are so consistent in doing this kind of service. Have a nice day.

We went here for car maintenance engine oil.. The staff are well accommodating, they are nice and kind... We waited for 2 hours before our car finished because they are many clients that time.. The store has a wifi but its not available when we're there.. They will assist you in parking your car.. The comfort rooms are clean.. Commendable..
