Terminal 2 is outrageous. Easyjet ground crew trying to play the role of immigration officers even they clearly dont have any knowledge in this field. But, i guess thats what you get from low cost airlines...

Very easy airport to get around. Signage is excellent.
Coming in was simpler than we had anticipated. Security is tight but very friendly and helpful.
Going out just as easy. General staff and security were exceedingly pleasant and helpful. Even when they are patting you down.
Really efficient in every way.
Also loved the lighting art in the room leading to the hire cars. Particularly liked the projection at one end using a Pepper's Ghost effect.

I do not like .

I do not like .
Too big, far from Brescia
Too many problems with luggage.
Arriving and leaving is always heavy, I prefer to spend more and start from Orio al Serio or Linate

The airport parking is very large, and it is a very large and complex hub airport. There is plenty of shopping available at duty-free shops. You can eat McDonald's, simple sandwiches, pizza, etc. in the dining area.

This is a gigantic shopping center from where some planes also depart. Hopeless walking distances because of all those shops. Few toilets that are also poorly marked.
If you have difficulty walking, you should definitely not be here.
Milan center is far away and public transport is also relatively expensive.

Nice airport. Free WiFi is available. You have to register and use it.Very big airport . Only A is having 30 gates like that others also there.shopping stores all items are available. But main thing big line for passport checking. For eu citizens it is easy very quick. But for others it will take time. I had a transit flight to palremo in 2 hour.after my arrival to milan. luckily the airport staff is very polite they helped me and checking completed quickly so that I catched the palremo flight and reached my destination.from security to ticket desk everyone helped me thanks to all.

I am now at the airport to leave for Sardinia. Given the turnout my husband and I previously bought 2 fast tracks to avoid the queue. Huge disappointment that access was closed, they hijacked us on the x families that had a very long queue and horror made us pay the same even though we didn't receive the service .. But are we in the third world?

Very nice airport, a lot of staff, quickly go through the control! The main airport of Milan. There is free Wi-Fi and a cafe in the airport building, which are open around the clock. But lovers of shopping in Duty Free stores are not very lucky, if they depart late in the evening or a little earlier than 11 am, the stores will be closed. From the airport you can get to the city in many ways. The most convenient and economical is the shuttle bass, which takes you for a small fee (7 ) to Milan Central Station, you can also take the express train for 15-18 by train

Nice airport, best to travel with the late flights, so it's empty and quiet, yet be aware that no duty free shops are open. They have a nice smoking area, so good for those in need. Security is always fast and easy.

I understand why this airport has low ratings. My taxi dropped me off outside the check in counter. Check-in process and security was speedy. The walk to gates seemed endless and was very convoluted.

Malpensa MXP is a nice modern airport, one of the three of Milano. For me it is the most premium from all of them and the connections are really good by bus, train or taxi. It is 70 km away from Milano Centrale so a taxi fare would not be cheap.

Must be the best North Italy airport and unfortunately it is not. Good for customer notifications but regardless, they seriously do need to hire some very professional and skilled people at the customs. Travelling is stressful and you find the very rude and nasty ladies in the customs everytime, you ll be going crazy

The terrible design of the registration places, that is, the distance between them reaches 600 meters. And if you need to be in tax free, you need to be instructed in advance and throw two more hours on this action.

Malpensa employee turned it in.Polizia asked me to open it and check for everything. Not one item missing, passport, credit cards, some jewelry, and over
$ 800 dollars US. Can t say enough good things about them and Malpensa employees. Great duty free too.

Poor organized airport. There are a lot of counters in a Check-in area, but it doesn't mean that all that counters for your flight. And you may stay for half an hour or more in a line, than at a Check-in counter you'll find out that it's wrong counter. Ridiculous!

Kilometer codes to automated turnstiles for baggage checking, foreign travelers and non-lost ones in front of readers who do not work or do not read the boarding passes but NO present attendant (!! ??). My wife just refused boarding by easyJet despite having an Italian residence card that enables her under EU and UK law to travel to the UK. She was also subjected to racist behavior by Italian immigration police for not being able to speak Italian. Avoid this airport it is an utter shambles!

A desolation, seeing the second Italian airport so empty with most of the shops closed really puts so much sadness and makes us reflect on the gravity of the situation. Unfortunately, however, too many people do not realize it and so we will never return to normal.
