Incompetent staff makes departing from this airport a nightmare, avoid whenever possible.

Great airport, everything is clear and understandable. Long transitions to the landing. A huge number of various shops, cafes. Examination took place in 10 minutes.

One of the most stupid airports in European country. Distances from chek in areas to the gates very long even for the young people, duty free stores are only for the drinking and
smoking people. There are not sport, electronick goods, there is not possible to buy
cheeses, hams ets. The locations of the rest
rooms are actually ocassional.

this airport were the very best in looking after me as a disabled passenger. They were wonderful and caring and the two people who put me into the car hire shuttle were fantastic on Saturday 11th July 2015. Thanks so very much. Cannot wait to travek through your airport again

I love this airport. Milan Malpensa airport is one of the airports in the world with the most passengers. It has many public services such as Alitalia and Emirates lounges and is very easy to reach thanks to the state road from Oleggio or from Arsto busto.
I have visited this airport many times, in 2018 I went to London and in 2019 I went to New York and Tokyo Narita

Terrible experience, it was raining and we had to go through suitcases in the rain to access the boarding.

We had no setbacks with the luggage and their delivery on the conveyor belt was quick ...

At Terminal 1 of 6 ticket scanners there was not even one file locked, queues and bewilderment, and the clerk was even annoyed and unwilling to answer NO COMMENT. At the various gates very few chairs. We had breakfast at the "Pan Brioche" defined as artisanal and the brioche were small and with cream made with sachets. Two croissants and two coffees 8 !!! Not recommended ...

Rather big terminal. You'd better arrive to the airport with sufficient time because the way to the gates is relatively long. The duty free shop is very big with Italian specialties.

Airport connected with the whole world and organized quite well. Too bad there are always a few doors open for passport control. Even if the operation is automated and correctly explained, the queues are always long.

Gate entry numbers better exposed outside for all airlines.

Absolutely useless Covid protocol. People crowd, they don't respect anything there at the boarding gates. You do not feel safe at all, third world people's behavior. And it is not controlled :(

Plane lands in Dubai at 20.30. I waited for the baggage for 40 minutes. Not even a refreshment point at the terminal. Machines that steal money. Women's toilets with traces of blood on the door and cleaning lady who watches the phone; men's toilets with vomit in the sink

Despite of the long queue at the Passport Control Point, only four counters were opened. It took me almost an hour for going through the point.

DEMENZIALE ORGANIZATION that forces those who have arrived, having to walk at least 1 kilometer on foot to take a taxi at the head of the line!

Apart from the shame of the pay trucks and the ongoing construction sites, the staff is generally unkind and the logistics a joke. The thing that annoys me the most, however, is that the controls at the gate seem to be non-existent: they let liquids, cans and medicines pass.

Why such a big airport is so difficult to reach? Milan motorways are a constant traffic jam!

Modern clean elegant airport and comparison to Fiumicino is much nicer. There are many airlines. It is also well connected to the city of Milan through Malpensa Express and the various shuttles.

After landing at Malpensa, we went to the point where the buses leave, with the intention of taking the one to the Milan Linate airport. However, there was no indication of bus destinations, timetables or even a reference to the quay from which a bus would have to leave for Linate. In the absence of indications even within the airport and staff to ask for information, we asked a driver of a bus to the airport of Orio, where he stopped the bus to Linate. We have been answered on the quay n. 5 but, precisely, on the quay 5 and on all the other docks there was not indicated the destination for Linate and any timetables. In addition, waiting people claimed to wait for a bus to Bergamo. Therefore, we were directed to take the train to central Milan, which, fortunately, is well marked. It would take little to improve the service.

Excellent connections with public transport, free shuttle service from terminal 1 to terminal 2 and vice versa

they wanted to charge us 60 for each suitcase and handbag, for 3 bags of hand of 10 kilos a bag and a small backpack of a girl who had medicine, handkerchiefs and wet wipes a bottle of water and a bag of potatoes ... They did not allow us to get on the plane with us that is a ripoff because many people have paid that terrible 60 for the airport.

My friend has been waiting for all passports check for 1hour and 30 minutes now, there s a huge queue and no one cares. Terrible service. Can t believe how they re treating people like that.

Probably one of the worst airport I ve been to. It seems that when they designed T2, they didn t think passengers would have hand luggage, so you have to walk flights of stairs and walk forever.
All over the airport, toilets are filthy stinky disgusting.
T1 is designed for hikers who love to wander around, not for passengers trying to catch a flight.
Also, all the staff I have encountered had mean and disrespectful attitudes.

Terminal 1. No information when flights are delayed. Poor signage for check-in. No toilets near upstairs food area - very poor layout. Toilets: Water flow in the taps reduced to a trickle. Many hand dryers don't work.

Great intercontinental airport, a satisfaction working for 34 years. I have met many people from all the entities and companies that operate there.

Would do well with some TLC. Believe the personnel would benefit the most but so would the passengers from the airport getting some renovation work done.

Boarding easyJet in the rain. The Salento airport is equipped with canopy stairs, Malpensa evidently not! Bad experience.

The Chinese shopping assistant in the airport has a perfect language ability and is very kind. The VIP Lounge is large and comfortable, and it is very delicious. Alipay users can use the express channel to refund tax at Global Blue, which is super convenient to arrive in 5 minutes! However, customs officers are actually unfriendly and deduct one star.

Despite the red stamp day, Linate closed for work, the airport looks like an anthill of people but everything works perfectly. Less tail than usual to check luggage, lots of personal support for travelers. Despite everything reigns a calm and relaxed atmosphere. In short, Malpensa seems to work better under stress. It was one of the worst airports known to me. It is improving, but there is still a lot to do.

Ridiculous. Spaces for use at the gates of embarkation insufficient and the same for the air-conditioning, almost zero seats.
On the other hand ample space for trade.

Just complain, I took the shuttle to arrive, check in already done and checks ok, cappuccino and now we start without problems and without a hitch. Respect for the work of others, patience and optimism and live great.

The airport is located outside the city of Milan but it is possible to reach it very easily thanks to various connections (taxi, train, bus). I went several times to this airport to be able to embark on some international routes, in particular the USA. I reached the airport very easily thanks to the Malpensa Express train and the Malpensa Shuttle bus.
