The parking is automatic without assistance in place.

It is practically exclusive to Easy Jet since it is the only company, as far as I'm concerned, that it has direct flights to the Canary Islands.
My flight yesterday was set for 15.30. Two hours earlier they warned me that for technical reasons it would leave an hour late.
Unfortunately, due to a problem in the booking phase, it did not allow me to buy speedy boarding.
Arrived at the embarkation there were 5 rows of kilometers for boarding baggage and on 24 seats for pick-up only 5 open! Scandalous disorganization for EASY JET !!
All lined up for 50 minutes for all flights not just for mine.
At the baggage claim they confirmed an hour late.
Okay. I put my heart in peace I went to have a quick lunch and only then without any other notice from Easy Jet looking at a departure board I find out that the departure was anticipated by 35 minutes.
I run to the embarkation and find another kilometric row.
Then they open the gate and all of them follow the signs to the assigned bus. Until they determined that it was mathematically impossible to pick up all the passengers that the passengers were crammed and crushed like on a tram in Milan during rush hours, they opened the doors of a second bus.
Same thing on arrival in Tenerife.
Perhaps Easy Jet should reflect and review the organization of these things to provide adequate service

Outdated and Need More Staff!!! The Queue for International passport is sooooooo looooooongggg they have to create last minute fast track for flight that is about to board. Its like waiting in line for a roller coaster in Disneyland but with nothing to humour you.
It's not too complicated to understand,

The loading / unloading area is accessible for a very limited time and there are no places to stay in the area.

Staff are very rude !! The lady was cleaning the restroom spent more than an hour just hanging out doing nothing while people are waiting to use the restroom. When I asked her if there is another one or should I wait the only thing she said is " no speak English "

Flight to Doha with Qatar at 10.15 pm! There are only 2 security gates open with a nice long line of people...no manager from SEA Security airport! waiting time expected more than 45 minutes. Friendly people on the line with some heart allowed rushed travellers to pass and we ended up with 1 hour and 12 minutes of waiting. Nowhere in the world I ve ever seen anything like that. Probably this is not the best way to be the main hub in italy!!such a shame!!

I sent my son's suitcase 6 days ago to London, arrived today but they took away everything that had value ... all of his personal things, perfume, cigarettes worth 100 euros expensive knit ...
And a shame that expedition cost me 70 euros !!!!

Our flight was delayed due to bad weather conditions and likely to be cancelled. We wanted to leave the international boarding area because there were not enough seats, nor tables or options to buy food. I kindly inquired with the customs officer and he became extremely aggressive for no reason and started shouting at me.
I read all reviews, most negative. I wait to finish the review at the end of this week, however, I'm really sorry that an airport like Malpensa has this evaluation

Italian organization at its worst . 1.4 hours to pass security
To be one of the most important airports in Italy and Europe, it has several negative sides ... example: not all flights have tunnels for access to the mobile plane, therefore passengers have to get off directly on the runway to getting on the plane even in bad weather, once past the customs at the departure there are not enough shops or refreshment points ... few chairs available in the waiting areas. Sad if you think that it is the most important plane station in the Italian fashion capital.
Airport ok but the bathrooms are dirty and broken. Unfortunately, this is due to bad use, little maintenance and little cleaning.
A toilet. Expect luggage for more than an hour. Staff to be fired. Very slow security checks.

No one unlocks a car with a key anymore, when there is a remote control that works.
How can it be that Europcar are demanding compensation for broken door locks, when the customer never used the key, only the remote. This smells of scam!!

Area sosta 10 minuti caotica, parcheggi sosta breve mal segnalati, pochi e carissimi, il terminal nel complesso tenuto bene, eccellente l area Emirates.
Well structured, with the Giusy signage. The only thing really worth mentioning is the smell in the bathrooms should be cleaned more regularly.

Airport dirty in any space. Bathrooms that are always out of use, if not totally almost always a part does not work. For an airport so large and important, it is unacceptable that it is "put" as it really is!

THE BATHROOMS on arrival - in front of the baggage claim belts - apparently neat and modern are LATRINE PUZZOLENTI, unworthy of a civilized country. Needless to put the appliances to dry your hands with air if you then risk dying asphyxiated for SMELL.
This is in both women's and men's bathrooms.

The toilets at the arrival, near the carrousel for luggage, apparently look modern and clean. They are the most STINKING ATRINES, third world rate. It is useless to have brand new dryers for hands if you risk to be choked by the SMELL. Both in women's and men's toilets.
Large airport for both domestic and international flights, easily reachable from the inland area for the quality and quantity of services available.
There are nice shops. But the extra wait for passports after duty-free is burdensome and not very unexpected when rushing to flight
It should be the international business card of the city of Milan ... I think there is a lot to do, it must be absolutely modernized, it has remained truly almost dilapidated. The worst airport I have been in massive queues at security and no staff to tell you which queue to join. Very little choice for food and no shops selling sandwiches etc. So don't leave it until the airport to eat. A very long walk between gates and they are at opposite ends so until your gate number is announced you have to hang around in vast empty space to wait. No point arriving early. Very disappointed a very drab place.
The best you can have, organized to the maximum in everything.
