- Old and unkempt airport only sections are modern. Staff very arrogant and unfriendly. However, to endure;)

The Cargo City is a purely work place where all the goods that are exported or important by air to and from the various countries of the world are sorted into and out of Italy.

There are 2 terminals (1-2) and Terminal 2 is the older one ... Inside pretty old and equipped with some bars restaurants and general shops ... Little seats ... The toilet facilities are typical Italian (old and not clean) .. which I find very sad is the signs ... At least at the airport things should be described in English ... Staff the same ... Little English but yes so are the Italians ... Terminal 2 is 90% used by Easy Jet ...

56 minute train ride from city center. Limited eateries, but appreciated because of the numerous discount Easy Jet connections.

Lousy this place, a lot of Milan a lot Milan but they don't have a plug that works, places to sit skimp a lot, I think that an airport in Iraq has more amenities than this "airport"

Good wifi coverage. Poor signs to lead you to the desired place. Poor and overprised food choice. Coffee and vending machines don't work. No plugs nearby the seats.

Not a good airport. There are barely any seating options, the airport are so unorganized that gates are only announced after the supposed boarding time, in summer the terminal is sweltering since the airconditioning doesn't really work, the security staff is unorganised and don't pay attention since they're busy chatting to each other (it took them about 5mins to realise that the suitcase stuck in the xray machine was blocking the whole conveyor belt), only a small handful of flight information screens which are not at all placed in obvious locations. No charging stations for phones etc and other plugs around the airport are mostly broken too. Sad really for Italy's second busiest airport...

If you do not travel to Bulgaria, everything is great.

Both terminal 1 and 2 are well organized, terminal 1 is obviously better for capacity, capacity and calls. It is a complete airport with everything, I am very happy to tell the truth, certainly among the best in Europe.

We made a transfer to Milan from New York. When we got off the plane from New York, we went through a security check with carpets and sent us the 2 drinks we had bought at the Duty Free in New York. I find it totally abnormal knowing that we had the receipts and that at no time we went out of the airport since we were in transfer !!! We do a lot of traveling and this is the first time this happens to us ...
No explanation because they did not speak English, only Italian and looked very bad mood. Very average for a European airport. After a trip of 8h it annoys very quickly.
Then arrived at the level of the gate, very aging terminal, no plug to charge the phones, old seats, holes or uncomfortable ....
Takeoff scheduled at 9:10, 9:20 still no boarding and no information ....
In short, go your way if you can!

Why temperature control when flying within europe ?

Very inefficient and poor layout unless you love walking through a shopping mall for roughly an hour. Every path takes passengers through duty free, and I understand most airports do that, but my goodness Milan takes it to another level. It s like going into a full blown mall, and without a clear path you ll find yourself weaving between shoppers to rush to your gate that is unnecessarily far away

Not a decent airport either in normal times or during Covid. Very long walks to the gates, just 3 security lanes open (15.7, 16.00) with long lines with no control on distancing. Avoid it if you can.

It's pretty good. Quite big. Lots of information people around.

Delta ticket counter even for sky priority is massively overwhelmed with passengers, delta needs to add more
Employees to help get ticketed passengers passports checked. United airlines lines for baggage check are almost no one waiting.

Laughing in the room and not at the airport, they tell you to fill in the covid questionnaire and give it in Italian and there is no pen to fill it in.

Really like this airport with connections to MUC with LH and GIG with LATAM

In the last year it has been restructured properly. I've never had any particular inconvenience here. Obviously terminal 1 is much nicer, but even here you can go and have a wide choice for breakfast or a lunch on the fly.

I left this airport three or four times in my life. My every experience has been positive, but no delay, no problem with parking. I have to recognize quality efficiency. And also beauty. Just a little inconvenient with the connection to Milan, they could think of a direct metro from Piazza del Duomo.

The airport is well connected to Milan by bus and train.
For shopping lovers will find many interesting shops!

Very good looking airport, neat and clean. But not so friendly to move around. It takes so much time just to complete all formalities due to the arrangement and process. I advise to reach atleast 2.5 hours before your flight time. It has good connection to Milan by both train and bus. Most of the staffs do not speak English and many food outlets are available.

Racist airport workers never seen before, we were the only ones to be checked and annoyed! Very very disappointed .... for me this airport to avoid must really be sued!

The longest line up at the border I ve ever seen. Took me one and a half hour to get through. Will never come to Milan again

I honestly do not understand all the negative reviews I leave from bad times 2 times a year and I have never had any problems. fast check-in passport control fast enough and information for various clear gates. on arrival then I never had problems with normal waiting baggage and never lost my baggage for me and positive.

Wrecked airport. Bring at least 1-2 hours to stand in line.

I had a really bad experience here. We felt like we were kept hostages for good 30-40 mins. The officers didnt let anyone go inside or check in to security because they didnt have people today to check our luggages. It was very disappointing and dissatisfying. I hope they improve their services or this will impact the tourist industry here.
Despite the airport services, so far people seem nice .

Most unorganised airport I've been to. Took almost 2 hours to go get out of the airport after landing. Staff were not helpful in ensuring that passengers were lining up in an orderly fashion. During this time my luggage was taken and took 2 days until I received my luggage. Upon return, my luggage was a mess and had an item missing. Worst way to begin a holiday. I would not recommend flying into this airport.

I waited for my luggage for more than half an hour ... but is this normal? Then little cleaning in the bathrooms, the impossibility of respecting the social distancing and an endless journey to reach the city center, very far and uncomfortable.

Airport misses all your time wasted between inspection, customs, passports and corridors leading to the departure gate. I advise families to come to the airport at least 3 hours before taking off

Visited for stopover pending another flight. Departures were from terminal 2 but there was no indication of how to get there (I think it is at least two / three kilometers from terminal one. We got there by pure luck asking other passengers. You had to leave terminal one and wait for it to pass a bus without even knowing what the times were. At terminal one, first floor, be careful where you end up. A simple fruit smoothie on the first floor can cost you as much as two taken in a bar outside the airport. Be careful of the two guys !!!

Inefficiency in the delivery of suitcases forgotten in another airport. Discovered by asking a person after 30 minutes of waiting without warning that the suitcases had been forgotten. Lack of incompetence at the Lost & Found where they do not know German and badly the English language.

Airport that has it all. Too bad it's not in the center of Milan

Very dirty airport with long ways to go through as many shops as possible. Employees incompetent and speak poor English. The boarding pass alone is checked 5 times ....

It will not be the most beautiful in the world but for the city of Milan is what you need. It works at 50% of its possibilities, with Air Italy and other serious companies (not Alitalia) it is destined to be an important reference for the European air traffic.

Shameful and scandalous, 1 hour and 20 minutes to wait for the suitcase !!! First they send out about twenty to show that a little time passes, then the void !!! After 1 hour the others. Shame!!

What an horrible airport. Really old fashioned, nothing automatic so you need to queue for every step before boarding.

Old airport, we did not wait. During the check, we did not need to take out all the electronic devices which is rather appreciable when we have several in his hand luggage. We were not late and everything went very well.

Much neater than in the past (even just a couple of years ago ...) unfortunately deserted due to the aftermath of COVID, it will certainly return to the traffic of the past but much improved aesthetically.

The only airport I have visited where you have to pay two euros (non-returnable) to be able to take a luggage cart. Non-existent staff, really bad and super expensive taxi service. So Milan would like to be a cosmopolitan city? If you are overwhelmed by these disruptions as soon as you land, it will be very difficult

Worst experience in my life at airport ever! The passport controller asked me to scan the board pass in Italian which I don't understand and then I thought he need my finger print so I put my thumb on the machine and suddenly he got mad and yelled at me, then he stared at me and wave his right hand around his head( meaning " you stupid person") , I was really mad but could not say anything because I was afraid of him. I am so disappointed at this behavior and I think that is because I am Chinese.
Really, really really disappointed .....ruined my experience and holiday in Italy

Difficult to find the car hire (not clearly indicated) you have to take the direction of the car parks and down to level 0 they are all grouped at this place.
Warning Terminal 1 is 6km from Terminal 2.

Flee as long as you can the deasy jet terminal! Unsympathetic staff, company overbooking, forced to take this company but never again.
