Appalling customer service. Never listen to what I want as a customer and keep telling me I want a sim only deal. I don't. I want a handset and line rental deal. I will be leaving them and going back to o2.

Excellent Account Management and even better Customer Support through my Client Services Representative Jeremy. He really goes that extra mile when it comes to help Managing my account and for this I hold him and Aerial Direct in very high regards. The tariffs are good, tech is good, problem resolution good, generally can't fault them!

Rang Aerial Direct with a query and spoke to Rob. He was very helpful,polite and explained things clearly and not loads of technical jargon. It is very unusual to be able to speak to a real person and not an automated voice ! The response was very quick and restores my faith in customer service!!

Josh contacted me re :renewing my contract explained everything to me and rang back when he said he would .I had to ring back and spoke to Sandra who was equally as helpful great service from Aerial so I have renewed my contract for another 2 years .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU WILL PAY INFLATED PRICES TO MIDDLE MEN WHO RESELL O2 PRODUCTS WITH A SIGNIFICANT MARK UP.

PLEASE NOTE - I don't want some meaningless comment written from a 'manager' after this comment is posted - The test for this company will be whether they start receiving some reviews about the great tariffs they offer !!!

Don't even deserve a star. Aerial direct have non stop badgered me to start a new contract with them, giving me very little upgrade from my previous contracts that I've had with them for far too long. When I finally came to the end of my contract they tried to charge me for a further month after the contract had come to an end, without notifying me previously that it would take 30 days for my old phone number to be removed. Not happy. Not paying.

Slight problem with refund which was my fault for not ticking the appropriate box.
Contacted Aerial Direct knowing through past experiences that it would be sorted without any issues.
Within minute of talking it was corrected.
There are only 2 companies i deal with regular on the phone that i have confidence knowing i will not get all the excuses and run around and Aerial Direct are 1 of them.
They are so helpful,courteous and above all knowledgeable,hey are a pleasure to deal with.
A big thank you to all concerned

Please dont go with these, they con you and cery over priced, never received a bill off them just taking money and lots of it too, difficult to get rid of them and out of the contract, everytime i ask them for my bills they fob me off with ill send u via My 02 butgo on that and says i have no products with them , so why keep telling me to????? Iv read reviews on other sites and everyone says the same , please please avoid , scammers.

I have been with Aerial Direct now for two years and found them to be very efficient and responsive on the few occasions I've needed their help. I would certainly recommend them as I have found various other companies difficult to even contact in the past, this is not the case with Aerial who always get back to you immediately.

Bad company drag you in to a longer-term contract phone you up and try to renew your contact when you still have 12 months left to go and they stick a 24 months on top of your 12 months. If they phone you and try to give you a discount that will give them the chance to up your contact be aware of this

Had a problem last year when due to confusion over a tariff ultimately leading to me being charged a huge amount for some calls erroneously made whilst in South Africa.
However after contacting Aerial they managed to get it reduced to a much more realistic figure given that it was a genuine mistake on my part. It was quite a relief nd thanks to the Account Manager's efforts. Well done Aerial.

Totally useless at preventing slamming which is illegal and they are part of the problem. Our contract lines are with Aerial Direct and time and time again they transfer lines without ever getting consent which means they are in breach of the regulations. We are taking the matter up with Ofcom.

Avoid.

Had issue with the amount of data i had on my contract, phoned Aerial and spoke to Dayna and within minutes id received more data for a small amount of money per month which in fact saved me money overall per annum with the new set up. So grateful for your help and saving!!

I just cannot get this company to stop cold calling me. I have told them on the phone, 3 times now by email and they still call myself and my father several times a week. I don't answer any more, but their latest trick is to make it look like a local number calling so I made the mistake of answering because I thought it was someone else! I would never ever deal with them again.

Horrific customer service. Told the guy I didn't want to renew my contract, which led him to arguing with me. They try a manipulate you into a new contract when you don't want to start a new one. Just stay direct with o2, their is absolutely no reason to go with this company, you don't get a better rate even though it might sound like it at the time.

I just renewed my contract with aerial direct as I have been with them for about 7 or so years. I got a great deal with them, and was offered a tastecard + membership, I was having some issues registering my card, so I went to the live chat service, and was looked after by Mike, who I might add was really good, we got the issue sorted after following his instructions. I was very impressed, as I am not not really used to this kind of thing, but it was so easy. So a big thanks to Mike, and Aerial direct, for great service.

Having struggled with a few companies lately, I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I spoke with Sandra from Aerial Direct. Within 10 minutes, she had reviewed my data usage and reassured me that I was on the right data package for my needs. She also assisted me with an O2 billing issue. Many thanks to Sandra for getting my Monday off to a good start!

Would not bother considering them or recommending them based on their sales tactics.

I am always very happy with the service I receive from Aerial Direct. I rang today to query my bill as it was higher than usual and I just needed it explained in more detail. Hayley was very helpful and found what the extra charges were (my usage on holiday) and also offered solutions for my next holiday to avoid bigger costs. The phone is always answered in a timely and friendly manner.
