Had a problem last year when due to confusion over a tariff ultimately leading to me being charged a huge amount for some calls erroneously made whilst in South Africa.
However after contacting Aerial they managed to get it reduced to a much more realistic figure given that it was a genuine mistake on my part. It was quite a relief nd thanks to the Account Manager's efforts. Well done Aerial.
