Horrific customer service. Told the guy I didn't want to renew my contract, which led him to arguing with me. They try a manipulate you into a new contract when you don't want to start a new one. Just stay direct with o2, their is absolutely no reason to go with this company, you don't get a better rate even though it might sound like it at the time.
