I have only been with Aerial Direct a few weeks but so impressed with the customer service.
Aerial Direct are really helpful and friendly. You are assigned a personal account manager and given their phone number and extension number so it is really easy to get hold of them if you have any questions or need advice about anything. The tariffs are excellent value for money as well. I can totally recommend Aerial Direct! Well done!
I've been a client for several years now and they have only improved their customer service and offer in that time. You can always get through to someone (on a normal land line number) and quickly and they are consistently helpful and responsive. This is a reputable, trustworthy business the likes of which are hard to find.
Had a few queries today and just wanted information on my phone, network and possible discounts. All was explained and all was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Happy with the service.

When my account was initial transferred from O2 to Aerial I had major reservations. Some 3 years on, even though we are a very small mobile phone user, I am very happy with they professional way they have looked after us and our phone relationship with O2.
Contacted today and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and dealt with my phone call efficiently.

Was wary at first as I am uncomfortable dealing with contracts negotiated entirely by phone. But I have to say I cannot fault customer services - they answer the phone quickly, no hanging on, they are courteous and pleasant, if they don't know the answer the find it for you, there and then, and most importantly of all, they sort things out for you.
I have had two conversations with O2 advisers, (Paul and Andrea). Both were very helpful and clear in their communications with me. Paul in particular spent considerable time talking me through all of the options for mobile phone coverage and access for my up coming trip. Christine at Aerial Direct was also very helpful and efficient in setting up the changes to my account.
It is always a pleasure to experience polite and friendly contact centre staff who demonstrate confidence and credibility in their roles. In my career I trained contact centre staff on the customer relations side of their roles and my experience from this team is they would all get a 10 rating for the way the related and responded.

O2 were unable to help me directly so Christine at Aerial-Direct took the initiative to contact them directly on my behalf and within 10 minutes the issue was resolved. I had been trying to speak to O2 for 6 weeks to resolve this. I would not have had this issue fixed without Christine's assistance.
I have been with aerial direct for over two years now, and find them a great provider. I particularly enjoy that they have a UK-based customer services team who are always helpful friendly and clear in terms of what they can provide for me in terms of the best tariff, and I never find that they try to pressure sell to me as other phone providers sometimes do. I have every intention of staying with them for the foreseeable future.

I am very pleased with the Customer Service I have been given regarding my mobile phone. I have to say a huge thanks to all the team working on my new account as they have gone way out their way I feel to get my unlocked mobile phone cleared. Vodafone were hopeless for the past two years and I am so happy to finally rid of them! I could write a book on their utter hopelessness on trying to solve my issues, both online and at one of their branches.
Many thanks to the lady, apologise but forgot her name but she was fantastic in her attempt to resolve my phone issue hopefully today once the phone is returned it will be unlocked and I can use my O2 SIM card.

I have changed my mobile provider with this company. Customer service was fantastic and they followed up to make sure the change over went quickly and with ease. I had a few teething problems but Aerial Direct sorted them out without any fuss. Very easy to contact, not waiting forever for somebody to pick up. Every person I have spoken to from this company have been very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.
Why can one not rate this company with no stars? My advice is to AVOID! I wish I had read the reviews before having any dealings. I thought that the switch from O2 was administrative only, not creating another contract for 24 months. No More

Cold call trying to get me to renew a contract. I tell them I am simply not interested, and to leave me alone. Blocked their number.
So pleasantly surprised by my recent experience with this company. My phone was driving me insane! Freezing, going blank & prematurely sending messages! But instead of trying to get me to upgrade I was advised to update software (which takes minutes) & also that if problems did not rectify that I was still under the 2 year warranty & they would help further if necessary. So refreshing to get amazing customer service these days! Thank you Dan it was a pleasure dealing with you, you are clearly an asset to Aerial which everyone was more like you :)

I ve been with Aerial Direct for many years now... lost count. This is my first time leaving a review. Customer service is really important to me and consistently AD delivers every time. I feel their service is personalise for me. I love the fact that they check in on me every now and again to let me know about any offers or deal that might be of benefit to me. I feel like making money and closing deals is not the number one goal but to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff are so patient and take time to explain thinks until they are sure I understand. They take the stress out of contract renewal for me. Absolutely brilliant service, wonderful very professional staff. The only reason I m not giving 5star is because 5 is perfection and we all need room to grow.

I wanted to change some details on my Ariel direct account, I thought I would try the chat now service and thank goodness I did,
as I didn t have to wait on the phone for someone to answer!!! They done it there and then and wasn t put on hold for ages.
A few simple questions and it was done all in all only took 5 minutes. Great service and so much easier especially when you have two small children.
