Aerial are a fantastic company that work with O2..Everytime I have spoken to them, the issue is always resolved and it s only a couple of times I ve contacted them because I do not have any issues with them really compared to other networks in the past or O2.. Each and every member of staff I have spoken to has been very polite, helpful, professional with great communication skills and I am very happy with the service..I will be renewing my contract with them and have also recommended Aerial to a few people..Thank you Aerial and O2, Charlene Lane xx

I have been with Aerial for two years now and I am happy with the service I have received. Jeremy Gaskin at Aerial ( business team) is a credit to the business. Whenever there has been any issues with my account he has always been quick to sort it out, keeping in contact and returning calls and emails when he said he would. I would like to credit Hayley and Dave also very helpful.

Spoke with Sam Sykes who was really helpful in helping me update my O2 Business mobile phone contract. Very thorough, helpful - and even provided a few helpful tips to keep from going over tariff or data limits; not that that s likely now with the excellent new package. Thank you!

I have been a loyal 02 customer via Aerial Direct for over ten years. I feel even when things have gone wrong they gave put it right. They have a great customer service team. Things get actioned very quickly they are helpful and polite my favourite customer service advice is Luke he always take the time to explain thing investigate queries and gets back to you in a timely manner One satisfied customer Samantha Bagley recently married so now known as Samantha Shade

Absolutely incredible customer service! best I have had in years! The staff are always so friendly and can have a giggle too. The calls get answered super fast and my issue always gets resolved super quick! I never want a different company handling my account! Thank you Aerial Direct for super service!

I had a customer adviser called Theresa dealing with my account, very warm and friendly woman who is fantastic at her job. I had an ongoing( 1-2 ) year problem dealing directly with o2 and was getting nowhere. Theresa Sorted the problem with my account in a week or so. Theresa Is a real credit to Aerial direct.

Unfortunately this is a bad review... Aerial direct is a buisness only customer basis - please bare that in mind with my review. My grandfather who in now retired and is medically ill recieved a call from aerial direct asking to upgrade from a sim only to a handset, even after stating he is retired and medically ill. They still went ahead with the contract.. I have made a complaint and i have recieved recorded calls so i know i am not being bias when i say *he physically told them he was no longer working or part of a company* They will not do anything to help and not a company i would recommend..

Aerial are brilliant. They understand that great Cusomer service includes answering the phone promptly and not hanging on listening to some robotic message or hours of mindless unwanted mysic. When they do answer they are always knowlegeable and helpful. I have no hesitation in giving them a top rating. Michael

I was concerned about the cost of my monthly mobile bills but Sandra, very patiently, explained the reasons behind my higher than expected bills. I had not realised that sending texts with emojis was an additional cost plus a regular donation to a charity. I now understand and will change my texting behaviour.

Ariel Direct could not have done a better job of looking after me when I initially took a contract out with them. However when I ran into problems with my phone their customer service could not have been worse. What made it all the more frustrating is that rectifying the issue I had could have been a very easy process but a long line of un-returned calls, incompetence and stubbornness on their part made a simple problem very difficult and time consuming for me. I hope Ariel Direct see this and learn from it as customer satisfaction should be paramount for any service industry. The only response from Ariel Direct was for me to raise another official complaint. Get this, they wanted me to raise an official complaint about my previous official complaint. You couldn't make this stuff up. Verdict: When my contract expires I'll be moving on ... although you probably guessed that part.

I was very happy with the Quantum system I already had with BT, but I agreed to speak with a very nice rep from Aerial Direct. He explained that by changing to VOIP I could save our company money. However what really sealed the deal was the ability of the new equipment to integrate; this would save us a huge amount of time. I was concerned that I had covered everything that could go wrong with the changeover as I had been caught out before, so I made a list and double checked it. The customer service is fantastic and they answer the phone quickly and get straight on to any issues you may have. The guys that installed the system were super polite and everybody I have dealt with has been very professional and helpful. Maybe it is just teething problems but the system seems to have had a fair share of issues. I pretty much have had to call Aerial every day to the point that I am almost embarrassed to pick up the phone mainly because they are so nice. Really I have to be realistic technology goes wrong sometimes but the real point is the quality of the help you get when that happens. Everything seems to be working now and that is thanks to Aerial, the phones are answered quickly and I don t feel that I would rather chew my own fingers off than call them.
