very pleased with the sevice i recieved today.i am a self employed taxi driver & my mobile phone is my life line.with all the help i recieved today i should hopefully be up & running with a new phone in the next 48 hours & back to work.thankyou once again.

Avoid this company at all cost if you want a peace of mind! I have singed a contact with O2 . When it was close to expire, I have received a phone call from Aerial direct and they pretend that they are from O2 and THEY want to renew my phone contract I said that s fine as they have all my details.

I am shocked that such bad practice has been allowed to go on for so long particularly with a business accounts. I have made a complaint to Ofcom. Will see how the responding. I am also very surprised that O2 would allow itself with such a bad company.
In case you made a mistake and signed a verbal contract with aerial direct, just call them to ask not to renew your contract. Otherwise every 6 month you will receive a phone call and they you would not be able to get out this contract.

I have been with aerial direct for more than 7 years. They are very helpful they contact me before my contract runs out and have always been given another always saving me money each time. I congratulate you aerial for what you have done for me. superb service.

Terrible company who use heavy handed sales tactics, repeated 'customer services' calls and make it difficult to cancel. I received so many calls from them I eventually blocked their number, only for one of their Reps to withhold his number so I'd pick up. I've had to threaten them with complaints to the Ombudsman, O2 and the ICO to get them to cancel a number. Best AVOID!!

Despite some initial technical delays, the support system within has been magnificent and I have been thoroughly updated throughout. It is important that we support such excellent local businesses such as Aerial Direct.

Theresa was so helpful today.MY original query due to Theresa being diligent turned out to be a scam Thank you so much for that .Theresa was calm polite and so helpful I want to give her 10 out of 10 for her customer service . A lovely lady thank you .

I cannot fault this company the customer service is second to none, they found me a amazing deal, they answer the phone in the matter of seconds and overall they are just brilliant.

This will be my go to company whenever I need a phone contract from now on and I would be more than happy to recommend them to any one. I d also like to add one of the staff Luke went above and beyond and made my experience with them easy and simple and had he the answers to every question I had.

I've done business with Aerial Direct for the last 4 years and the service is top class, always dealt with by helpful staff , my account manager Dave Walters is always on the end of the phone if I ever have any issues with my phones and resolves the issue, saving me needless time making calls...
