Extremely long process .. Almost a week eventhough you provide all the requirements on the store. Imagine Feb 10 and then on the next day kpa called then asked about the requirements which is already submitted to the store. They said they said they needed payslip and proof of billing. I have been recommending kht nprovide to the knila. Their agents at the store have at least met my pnrovide and finorward requirements. Please contact the consultant and call me if they will contact the store where my requirements are met. And the way I went to the store was like my application. Then someone called me almost approved n need Proof of Billing wth. Then i received a txt message saying it Decline.
It is not possible for the bank to charge interest. The unit was only named under mine but never paid for it. No effort whatsoever to investigate why the payment was canceled. Boat!

Your service is disgusting. I pass all my requirements last saturday. And as far as i remember may nilagay ako sa application what is the best time to call me, hindi ako tambay na available anytime. I have a job, i work all day. Nilagay ko na 4pm onwards ang best time to call me. I've been waiting for your call since saturday. You just call me this tuesday 3:30pm. I am still not at home that time so hindi ko nasagot. I texted the agent who assisted me, she's not rude. But she told me na pinagalitan sya kasi di ko nasagot tawag nila. Nireplyan ko sya na, nilagay ko sa application na best time to call me is 4pm onwards. Not before 4pm. Then she answered na di daw yun nasusunod. Eh para saan pa yun? What if im still working on that time diba? That's why nilagay ko dun anong oras ako pwedeng tawagan kasi nagttrabaho po ako. And cellphones are not allowed while working. Its not my fault if matagal na application ko, kayo ang delayed tumawag. Not me. Kayo ang nagkulang. Di ako. Di nyo ko ininform na di pala nasusunod yang best time best time to call nyo. Buti pa homecredit, one day process lang. Kayo 1 month process ata kayo. If you want more client, ayusin nyo service nyo. I understand if marami kayong tinatawagan but don't put the blame on your customers. Know how to value your clients.

I purchased tv from aeon malabon hulong duhat 14000 pesos. and after six months the tv i bought has a defect so i bring it to them. as they promise me that it has 2 yrs warranty. just bring it to them as they say. the problem with my tv is it has like black dirt inside the screen. it has been three weeks now and no technician coming to check my tv and they do not followup with the issue. very poor service they have. only sell and after that. they don't care anymore. and not keeping their promise. jan.26 2019 till now feb. 2019 no updates on what happen.

I want to share ... first they asked for the best time to call but they didn't. They will interrupt you at unexpected times if you are traveling or working. Second, they asked me to log into the sss website at the abenson store to see my contribution to check if I was actually hired. I don't want to, but that's all I can do for them not to call my boss. Me, keeping my posture telling her you should have told me than waiting and giving an effort to do what you asked ay ganun po talaga mam, kailangan ng malinaw na copy . ang nice noh. ang galing.

I asked for the rebates (which they promised in this instance) because I was planning to pay in full despite 5months palang into the 12-month installment contract.
