Very disappointed they didn't had much wooden products and they are very expensive
Disappointing. It felt like I was interrupting the workers' lunch break. I wanted to have some pine planks cut to build a box. They don't plane. They don't do mitred edges. They really don't do much at all and have limited materials and services to offer.
Wow it's sad how this place operates. Sales staff don't know what's going on. Pricing on items wrong. No competent leadership showing the staff how to operate
Nobody greets or helps....poorest service in the area
They can give prices but they don't have stock !!!!!!!
If I could give no stars, I would. There was no staff to provide a service. We waited for 30 minutes walking up and down the aisles to see if anyone was available. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anybody.
The tills is not sorted at all, low stock, not too much variety goods, very quiet, no help from staff at all.
Staff were very knowlegable and very very helpfull. Althoug the item were not in stock they tried to obtain it from other retailers.
