i received a poorest customer service by one of your agent in waltermart kiosk roosevelt branch. note that its not all about your pretty face and calm voice that would make a customer service a satisfying. its the quality and how you respected your client time. the agent asked me to send an email of an image of my proof of billing, i showed one at first but she declined it saying mam, kailangan po yung buong papel. i emailed her the copy while me eating due to long wait and havent my meal from work shift. i came back saying ate nareceive mo na ba yung email ko? check ko po mam she says. working on papers,inaayos ung files nia and all then checked her laptop. ay mam malabo po. papresent na lang po yung original. Me, keeping my posture telling her you should have told me than waiting and giving an effort to do what you asked ay ganun po talaga mam, kailangan ng malinaw na copy . ang nice noh. ang galing.
