Awesome, modern structure. Everything is just modern, huge, and well designed for sports, graduations, concerts, etc. The lighting and signs will blow you away.

But... here it comes....

Acoustics and echoes are terrible. And parking around it is pure highway robbery even in this state with high cost of living. The closer you are to the building, the merrier the parking facilities since they charge you New York City prices. Like $45. Checking parking costs online is not helpful, because when there is an event , they have added ripoff costs for events.
Your best bet is to park at facilities 3 blocks away or farther. I parked about 3 blocks away for $25.

Staff there were rude, asked one of them to take a picture of my husband & I and the woman just shock her head without an explanation or anything. All aisle staff looked miserable. Food stand servers were much nicer. Food isn't too expensive and a good variety.

Prucenter was really nice but leaving the crew parking lot is atrocious as it is a poorly-planned design going into a one-lane road and Green Street from leaving the parking lot whoever designed it was not thinking about everybody leaving at the same time.

What I can say is if you have an issue with staff. Please bring it to upper managements attention or they will never know. I thank
Brittanie and Dan for making sure my next visit was better than the first visit. I thank you for everything even up to the last second. It was unfortunate at the end while waiting in the VIP section to be picked up, for I was not familiar with the area that Mike Reese (security) was yelling at me for waiting to be pick up. It was dark and raining out and with service animal. My significant other told me to wait in the VIP area, so I wouldn't have to worry about being in the rain, for he said he parked over 5 blocks away and would text me when he got close. I'm not sure what the problem was with me waiting indoors by the door, but Mike made sure to let me know (in front of Rachel) he wasn't happy with me waiting there. He stated I should of asked.. Asked what? I didn't know what I was suppose to ask? Here you have a woman with a service animal waiting for pick up/text for when her significant other was close enough to be picked up after the event, getting yelled at for waiting in a dry/safe environment. Mike wanted me to leave the building not caring that I would only be standing there until my ride got there. (15 min. ) because of the event ending traffic. Was I suppose to wait outside in the dark and rain with $8,000 service animal so we both got sick or mugged? I have night blindness where I cannot see and in unfamiliar territory for the service animal.
I finally texted Dan the head of security, after 15 minutes of the ordeal. A man came down told Mike I could wait there, but at that point my ride was there. I hugged the man that came to my aid and thanked him.
BrittanieI thank you for everything the staff was great and it was great meeting you. Dan head of security thank you as well!

I loved it and all but the people that work there like the security guards they ate so rude because when this girl vomiting in the stall and everywhere she did not do anything. But then overall it was amazing.it was a amazing experience. I suggest everyone to go.

It was my first time going there and I was very impressed with how the security team worked as well as the amount of concession staff that were working. Looking forward to go back.

I wouldn't even give it one star. My son bought tickets for WWE Monday Night
Raw and the usher let people sit in his seats and handed him two fake tickets and took his tickets from him. He made up some story about having an extra set of tickets for the seats he gave him. Who ever heard of anything like this? To sell tickets for one seat and shuffle you to another is fraud in my mind. A complaint is coming forth to the Prudential Center. Further, jobs are tight. If this guy doesn't want to do the job honestly, he shouldn't be there.

Pros: Nice big screens that face all directions.

Pros: Nice big screens that face all directions.
Cons: speakers blocking stage at higher seats, low water pressure in water fountains, $5 bottled water, very narrow seating higher up that feels like you can slip and fall over the edge.

A great venue that caters to many different events, however the only thing that could be fixed is the lines (whether tickets, merch or entrance). They just seemed very disorganized. Once inside, the staff was very nice with helping direct you to your section and your seat for the show.

Excellent venue for a concert, loved the boardwalk themed snacks and foods, Jersey microbrews, and nice staff. Wish the seats in section 227 we're not so steep though.and had better lighting to see . Great sound, and Paul Simon was awesome!

The rock is amazing I love this place. I'm a season tickets holder for the devils. But I attend concerts and other great events here. I think it's even better than MSG. Staff is lovely and foods always good

We had tickets for a 3:00 show-Trans Siberian Orchestra. It was 3:30 and we were still on line waiting to get in. Not all the entry doors were open checking people. We missed 45 minutes of the show. At there were lots of people still online behind us. Also there parking lot was full so we had to park at a lot that only took cash $40.00. Never again.

Fun

Very large performance area with a range of food stalls. Not many of the full food/bar stands were open for the concert. There were 2 merchandise stands open, and 1 was utter chaos with no queue system, whereas the other did have a queue system- seemed odd that they would be run completely differently in the same venue. Also no WiFi available in the venue making it very difficult for international guests like myself to organise transport away from the venue at the end. 1 staff member effectively told me to go away when I asked her for help, the other offered me to use her mobile as a hotspot in order to get online, then directed me in the right direction to pick up the Uber.

Went to see Ringling Brothers Circus. Great venue, friendly staff, great show. Glad we took our grandchildren to see the show before it closed. Hope they find a way to re invent it without the animals.

Easy access. Prices of the food and drinks quite high. I liked that at each seat you get a wrist band which is blinking in various colours in synchronised way with thousand of other wristbands - it creates a great effect. We watch a hokey game which was interested from start to finish. Despite the high prices we had a great evening.

I've been a life time Devil's fan and have gone to countless games at the Brendan Byrne arena. This was my first devils home game in several years as I had moved away from Jersey. The new arena is alright, it's definitely not as nice as any of the new arena's being built. My biggest beef with it is the location. What a terrible idea to stuff an arena in such an urban location. Parking is ridiculous...$30? Then there's the traffic trying to get back to the turnpike. It's atrocious. It may be great for people taking public transit but what about the rest of us? And why was it built here? "Urban revitalization". Please, that doesn't work. Giving urban communities minimum wage jobs doesn't revitalize it. It just angers and frustrates them and does the same thing for people trying to enjoy a night of hockey. I'de prefer going to the decrepit IZOD center any time.

The staff had not been trained for the concert beforehand. I literally watched them get briefed through the glass. We were asked to move to other doors and line up and not line up several times, causing great upset. The show itself was phenomenal but the hours leading up to the concert were disorganized.

Food and drinks are really expensive, seating on the top is very cramped bottom, bellow is somewhat roomy not much more. Ive had better leg room on airplanes. The Food is average, mainly unhealthy items, but very expensive. I suggest bringing cash and extra food or snacks.
Don't worry about this if you are not looking about events.
Hard to get around when having a event in basement it's gets confusing and get lost easily no true rooms only very few rooms
