Facility forces you to buy their food or drinks. Yet they keep running out of items. Went for a healthy (mental and physical) event, and they didn't have any health conscious options. I can see why the Nets left.
Went here to see the Ringling Bros. circus in their last year of service. Center is well cleaned and maintained!

The venue is great for the views and the acts. The seats however were in bad shape. Stains and just not proper care. I'm usually here for concerts on the floor, so I didn't know seating was so rough. Otherwise I can't complain, bit it's bad to see that type of trouble.

Great venue. I doubt there's a bad seat in the house. The staff is very friendly and super helpful! The seats in the goal bar were hella comfy. Would definitely return to this venue. Even the food (while still guilty of being overpriced concert venue food) was delicious and there are generous with the servings.
I was here for a concert. The venue is nice, clean; the staff is polite, there are plenty of vendor stands for drinks / food but beware as any other entertainment location the prices are up there... still it was a good experience.
They need vegetarian food other than that they need better beer stands otherwise most of the stands are open and for a nj venue that's surprising. So honestly thumbs up . Dont be scared parking there you'll be okay trust me not the best neighborhood but you're fine
I went for a BTS concert. It was soo much fun. I got the Suit seats for both days and it was an awesome experience. You get a nice view of the front stage and there is food and drinks.
This is a great arena that supports a very high energy crowd extremely well. However, the food is expensive and not fantastic.
Had a great time and an excellent view of the game!
When to a Chris Brown concert and it was very fun there

Security was very nice. No ushers to help with seating and many people needed assistance. Parking fees are ridiculously high!
Hockey is so much better live and this arena is no disappointment! View of the game is great and a high quality experience in the use of the arenas video screens, scoreboards and lights.
Great stadium. Decent prices to. Puts MSG to shame.
Prices are high for cotton candy, popcorn, and so on but it's always a pleasure to visit with my children.
Nice but not safe who ever build that was not thinking good architect God for bid somebody fall over those not secured balconies mainly not child safety but security is excellent

Amazing facility for a hockey game. Easy to get in and out of.
Need to walk long distance around to get to you seat.
I mean, it s really big. what I did not like the behaviour of staff. I wanted bottle of water and lady at counter was weird and rude.
They suck went for a globetrotter game and the staff were completely clueless in directing me towards the pregame show

I've never been to a venue with friendlier staff. Everyone is always pleasant and ready to help.
I enjoy coming here for Devils games, but the price gouging is off the chain - $14 for a tall boy can of Lebatt Blue? The same can you can get in a supermarket for $1.25 - I GET that places like this normally charge an arm and a leg for concessions, but wow, this just seems insane.
Food is equally expensive and not a good value or what you get.
The venue itself is clean, bathrooms are usually decent - I've certainly seen worse, and the staff is always pleasantly friendly despite whatever is going on.
This was my 1st time at NHL game, Ive been to many AHL games and in comparison, all I can say is WOW! ABSOLUTELY fantastic atmosphere! Great place! Go Devils!
Very nice. Was in a suite very nice. Help was excellent. Was attending casting crowns concert. Wish parking deck was bigger truck didnt fit :(

Seating, crowd control and cleaness was all good. Only complaint is that if you want multiple items (different) you have to get on different lines and wait again because they can only serve you what they have, not what is next to them as well.
Clean area, nice place, good food choices at kiosk's. Surrounding area also has numerous restaurants to choose from.

I have to say the place is nice. But we were up in the 200 section and it was a very very high I would compare the seats as airline seats so don't bring anything else that you don't need to bring there's no room. It is a very steep incline
Came here from Long Island for a concert on a Saturday night. Did not take too long to get here once we crossed the GW Bridge. Was able to park less than two blocks from the Arena. The neigborhood around the area has changed considerably with a bunch of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the arena where you can get food or drinks before an event. Very nice venue with plenty of amenities and was very clean. I would totally come back to a show at this arena.
