Most stress-free car buying experience I ve ever had. Worked with Derek and Adam, and both were very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I also appreciate that I have unlimited support moving forward as I learn all the tech features on my Rogue. Excellent dealership!

Everyone at Advantage Nissan was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. My questions were all answered to my satisfaction. I was given choices without pressure which made the decision process that much easier. I felt valued as a customer and a person. Adam Green, may sales associate, went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the entire process. I appreciated his knowledge, humor, ability to anticipate my needs and willingness to guide me through the leasing process with such detail.

Service Advisor or Mechanic who did inspection LIE...

Service Advisor or Mechanic who did inspection LIED to me on the NEEDED services.
The advisor said I needed a serpentine belt, air filter, rear brakes and an axle seal.
The ONLY thing I needed is the brakes, I took the vehicle to my other mechanic and he said the serpentine belt and the air filter were in great shape!
The brakes did need replacement is all.

Got a flyer (SCAM) in the mail showing great deals, and had a scratchoff to win cash prizes. Match the four numbers and win that prize. I matched 1000 dollar prize. So i showup and talk to a guy about it and he takes down my information: name, address, email addy, make and model of current vehicle, milage, how much i owe. I inform him i am only here to claim prize and also let him know i am not there to purchase a vehicle. He takes my flyer and leaves for a few minutes. When he returns he says the people who deal with the prizes are not back from the bank. Then asks if i want water or popcorn. At this point i can tell he has been instructed to politely get rid of me since i am not intreseted in buy a vehicle. He returns a second time and slides me a 5 dollar bill and as he walks away he says have a good day. I take the 5 dollars because i realize that this is really just a scam to get people to come to the dealership. So i write a review with the BBB, which this company is not partnered with or affiliated with the BBB at all. So i am leaving my review here as well.

By far the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. They went above and beyond and so friendly! I worked with Greg Nee and he was very knowledgeable and a great asset to the company. I plan on going back in the future and highly recommend them! Also, I love my car!!! Thank you!!

I went to Advantage Nissan with a few month old 2,400 mile 2019 RAM Limited with a sticker of over $65,000 and KKB fair trade value of $50,000. Every dealership I went to offered me at least $47,000. Advantage Nissan offered me $37,000. I would have gotten a Mirano that day. That left a bad taste in my mouth. 2 stars because I didn't buy from them, but my salesman was very kind and knew the vehicles I asked about.

My wife and I bought a truck on a rainy Saturday and overall it was my favorite car buying experience in my life. We were greeted by a man named Charles Peach. Charlie had a really easy going approach. We hadn't completely decided to buy a truck that day and Charlie wasn't pushy at all. His questions were more about comparisons of all the trucks we tested. (We test drove six of them.) He was patient and didn't rush us in any way. We bought the last truck we drove and it was exactly what we were looking for. Our Finance Manager was Brad Salley. It was getting late but he explained all of the paperwork in a very straightforward manner. We stepped through it and closed the deal. We got a great truck, the dealer and the bank both made some money and everyone was happy. I would definitely recommend Charles Peach, Brad Salley and Advantage Nissan for your next vehicle.

Shon "Pinapple" Mark the sales manager and Mr. Salley the finance manager were amazing to work with. My wife and I were treated with the upmost respect and gratitude. Every question we had, was answered with a thorough response. They were constantly keeping us informed of where they were with the process. Our customer service was so on point, that my wife and I purchased matching, his/hers Rogue Sports. I highly recommend this dealership. They are family friendly and focused on getting the customer the best deal possible and refuse to bury you in a car payment just to get a profit. Thank you Shon and gang for all that you did for my wife and I. We will definitely refer you all to everyone we know because we want them to be blessed with great customer service. My girlfriend took are 2018 Nissan Rogue in to service department . charged her 145.19 Diagnostic fee while the vehicle was under warranty. And wanted 1500 to fix what what was wrong while it was covered under Warranty. Would not recommend service Department to friends and Family. They take advantage of women.

Advantage Nissan hit it out of the park once again. This is the third vehicle I ve gotten from them, and as always, was so impressed with their professionalism and integrity. Usually buying cars is so stressful, but they make it easy, fast, and fun. My sales person is Shon Otwell. He treats me like a family member, and always gives the best advice on which car to select. He candidly points out the pros and cons of each vehicle, and then let s me make the decision. I ve gone back after the sale to get help and they still treat me like gold. Thank you Advantage Nissan. I am a customer for life!

Everything went fine. Took a little longer than I had hoped but it was a monday. Was not happy with the detail person who washed my Titan like a three year old. I sent pictures and texted my service mgr Steyven that I was very upset. My service mgr Steyven was very nice and got back to me immediately. He offered to have it washed again but I was out of the area already. I won't have them wash my truck anymore. The oil change part went great.

5 stars for Shon the pineapple I went in to buy a new car and noticed a used 2004 G35 that I always wanted and he helped me from start to finish and ended up driving away within a few hours with no problems! I am always going to get my cars from advantage Nissan! If your looking for a new or used car go check them out and don t forget to ask for the pineapple!

This was the worst experience I've had at a car dealer. I saw a car I was interested in and asked what the price was so the sales guy went and got the keys. When he returned I asked again how much was the car and he wouldn't tell me the price. He said that's not how we do it. First we get you a car you like take a test drive and then go over paperwork. I asked him again what the price was and he still wouldn't tell me. I then said let's go somewhere else and he told me " I guess this isn't the place for you" Very rude salesman.

I had the best experience at Advantage Nissan. Not only do I love my Altima but, Shon aka, "Pineapple" was so great. Shon is knowledgeable on his products, highly professional and incredibly friendly. He is clearly on your team. Pineapple will go the extra mile to make sure you walk away a happy customer. All of the team memebers at Advantage work together to make you happy. Shon is the kind of salesman that automatically send your friends and family to because you know they will be treated right. I know, beacause we have already had 2 other family memebers buy cars from him as well! We reccomend anyone in the market to go to Advantage Nissan and don't forget to ask for "Pineapple".

I recently purchased my 2018 Murano SL from Shon "The Pineapple". I had been shopping for 8 months, always telling the salesmen that I had intentions of buying a new vehicle in the next 2 years, but not today, so please don't push. The 1st time I met Shon was 2 months ago, and he was one of the very few that respected my request and allowed me to do my research without pressure. When I finally saw a Murano delivered in the color combination that made both my wife and I happy, (Kona metallic/Mocha leather), we went back to see him. After 2 month he still remembered us and was still willing to allow us to just look, it was us who said that it's time to strike a deal. And a deal we struck, one that made us very happy with not only the vehicle we purchased but the price we paid.

Thanks again Shon, I will be sure to refer everyone I know to you.

My boyfriend and I purchased our first Leaf last night from Advantage Nissan and had a great experience! Shon, the resident Leaf expert, made the whole process easy. He gave us useful tips on electric cars and got us a great deal, all without any undue pressure and some funny stories to offset the stress of car buying. He seems to genuinely care about his customers and want what's best for them. This is the first new car we've ever purchased and I know we'll be back to see Shon if we ever want another one! Thank you to the whole Nissan team!

My wife and I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima. Best car i have ever owned. Smooth , quiet and save ride. big car and gets the same fuel economy that my smaller Kia Spectra did. I was suprised I got 1.9% financing and no maintainance for 5 years and GAP insurance for a really great low payment. I got a screw in the tire and had to put a spare on and the dealership fixed it no cost and went ahead and did my 1st oil change on it right on the spot even though I didn't have an appointment. I have never had a better car buying experience.

Very responsive team. Even though my pre-order was delayed and a few months away, Chuck kept me up to date and made sure everything was done right.

Drove 50+ miles to pick up the car, financing took a little longer but that's typically. Everything was answered quickly and promptly.

Very easy to deal with and highly recommended.

My husband and I were at advantage nissan on 5/13 and the customer experience was horrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We bought an F150 a few months back and from the beginning we were lied to. The heater vents were broken which they said were on order (lie) and they would call us when they came in. After waiting a couple months and never heard a word we called Robert which told us he would call us back. Yet again lies... we got a hold of him again an he said they came in and he called us (he did not). We made an appointment for the following Saturday @ 12 to have the vents put in and our free oil change. We arrived at 12 which they told us to drive around for an hour because they were busy (keep in mind we had an appointment) we then get back around 1 and waited until 3:30 to find out they only did the oil change and could not do the vents because the dash needed to be taken apart to replace them (lie!) and we had to make another appointment. The service guy was also VERY rude to us and told us he was doing us a favor. Of course we left very unhappy. On the way back keep in mind was over an hour to our house I got on youtube to look how to replace the vents and it was very easy. I used my multi-tool to replace them while my husband was driving (which only took about 2 minutes). Yes a woman replaced them! I will never go back to this place and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about their horrible costumer service.

We have bought just a few of our vehicles here now and every experience is beyond what you would expect from a car dealership. Friendly family oriented staff, great polite sales people and we always find the car/truck that we love. Thanks guys for all of your hard work! Nissan may not be everyone's favorite car but you guys make it worth coming back to buy one.

If NO STARS was a choice!!! Chuck Capps and Dean Capps are beyond arrogant. As a woman looking for a very specific vehicle, I was told by Chuck I couldnt possibly be wanting what I wanted and he instead told me I needed something else. Imagine that, I need a guy telling me what I want as if I couldn t make a choice on my own! Gee thanks Chuck! Dean is as smug as they come. Don t even think these car sales guys are willing to negotiate, Dean wants to tell you how ridiculous you are for considering a tough negotiation. Dean wants to tell you that you are looking for a rainbow unicorn. These guys only want to sell what THEY want, not what you want to buy. I can t imagine they will be in business much longer. Chuck just emailed me to tell me that his Customer Care Representative Samantha is CRAZY! There is something REALLY wrong here.

If you are looking for a nissan, or even a great price on a used vehicle this is the place for you! We came in wanting a specific used vehicle on trade , and left with what we came in for. They take extremely great care of their customers and a very family friendly environment. I'm very OCD and filled with a million questions I wanted answered and they were so curteous. Barry and Jimmy were our salesmen, and just phenomenal and I know when I'm ready for a new vehicle we will be heading back to them. We've been car searching for a week and I wish we went there on day one. Not to mention, most used dealerships sell used cars as is, here they go through extensive checks, detailing, and most have warranty. I'm very pleased with the service we recieved.

Trucks been there for almost 3 weeks. Kept getting...

Trucks been there for almost 3 weeks. Kept getting told that our truck will be done the very next day. We had to keep calling for updates. Every day they gave us the runaround. 3 days in a row they keep extending. We took turns getting days off work because we didnt have a 2nd car. They finally said the ECM they installed was not working, and they have to order a new one which won't arrive until November 15th. We got a call yesterday that now the ECM wont SHIP until the 17th. If we had known that the truck would be there for a month we would have never gone here. We need 2 cars to get to work. We are down to one car. We asked if they could at least get us a loaner vehicle but they said we would have to pay $35 a day. Just imagine. We took the truck in and was told it would be done in 1 day. Here we are, still no truck. Oh, and they tried to charge us for the bad ECM that they ordered because, and I quote: "I still have to pay my tech for labor"
Strongly advise you to go to west hills if you need work done. They will give you a loaner car for free.

UPDATE:
The husband picked the truck up yesterday 14 December. Soon after my initial review was posted, the owner of advantage Nissan Chuck Capps reached out to us to apologize and help us. He put us in a free rental.car which we utilized up until our truck was done. Thank you Chuck! Saved us a months worth of money on rental costs.

Anyway, they had to return the ECM and order another one. The truck didnt take for some reason. So, they tested our ECM that was on our truck when it was brought in. Turns out it was working just fine. Luckily, Chuck told the techs not to charge for any further testing. After more tests, they found that the wiring was faulty, and they replaced that and the camshaft and crankshaft sensors.
A couple months of our truck being in the shop, we finally have it back. Personally I think it took way too long. I am just grateful the truck is done and hopefully it fixes the issues. We will have to wait and see the more we drive the truck. Chuck Capps is a great person and has really helped us out. It says a lot when the owner himself reaches out to remedy the situation.

Update: after lack of support, and and not holding up to their promised bag of goods, I cannot recommend this dealer. I have since sold the 2017 Titan XD I bought. I noticed my speedometer was not clocked properly (truck imported from Canada) after being pulled over for speeding. Went to this dealer, Sales Manager told me to use a cell phone app for proper speed rather than fix the problem! The turbo went out, 1 month to fix, no rental car. The engine seized, 6 hours from home, again no rental car, and they were trying to make me pay for truck to be towed to the local dealer for repair. All this happened in 11 months with a warranty and roadside assistance! Never again!

James, our sales rep, was awesome from the start; friendly, not pushy, honest, and professional. He listened to us and was so patient while we took time to make decisions.

Bill, did the details of the deal, was also super wonderful. He kindly worked it out multiple times until the numbers were what made us happy.

Brad, the finance guy, was a kick to work with. He was excellent in building value for the services they provided.

All in all a great experience. We are happy customers!

Greg was exceptional working out a deal from me, on his day off, on the purchase of a 2019 Nissan Versa. He went the extra mile and I appreciate it. The car is for my daughter and my peace of mind. This was the quickest easiest car buy I have ever made. I was only in the dealership 35 minutes. Fantastic. Kudos to Joe for his work prior to my arrival and to Brad for having everything prepared when I arrived.

My problem was that when I picked up my vehicle my phone was no longer connected and all my serious stations had been deleted. That was an inconvenience for me and took a while to fix. I called the service department and was told that that couldn't have happened because they did not get into the radio. However that would be quite a coincidence considering I used the phone and the radio on my way to the service and they both worked fine.

Service? I took my car in for service and they gave me a $1000 bill and said it was fixed. I found out later they didn't do a thing except charge me for services not done. I took it back and they said they would make it right. They said they replaced and fixed everything. They did not. They didn't do a thing. Now the valve gasket they said they replaced is leaking and I had to take it somewhere else. The plugs they said they changed I had to get replaced somewhere else because they didn't change the plugs. The coil pack they said they replaces did not get replaced. So much for multi point inspection when none of the mechanics pay attention to it. Highly recommend you don't go here for a car or service.

Advantage has consistently delivered on exceptional customer service in vehicle purchasing and over the last decade we have come to them first before looking at any other brand. We have purchased 6 cars from Advantage. Although everyone there is great, the salesperson I rely on the most has been Shon "The Pineapple" Otwell, from trade-in to getting just the right vehicle, he gets it right every time!

Everyone there is AMAZING. Steyven (Service Department) was just awesome seeing me through the entire process with what needed to be done on my vehicle, and very good about reconnecting about how much more time it would take to do something the mechanic was working on. Receptionist is really great, too. The dealership is pretty spanking clean, too.
