I thought a large firm would be best -It's impossible to talk to your attorney and the paralegals are curt, to say the least. I settled 3 months ago and was promised a check 5-25 days after that date. Its 3 months and I haven't received anything. Attorney filed "late-penalty" but cancelled b/c they got their money, but I still have not received payment. Penalty filed a second time, and still no check - 3 months after settlement.

Take care of my husband's case, although it was lengthy what court cases aren't, they won the case anyway thank you, pond lehocky Stern Giordano

I'm not please at all. My injury occurred on Valentine's Day 2012 in which my case now is over and done with and I have yet to receive my check. Every time I call to speak to my lawyer he never around. I get it! I know he's probably in court. But sheesh....I'm a client who would like to speak to his lawyers not the receptionist. By the way. Jamie is awesome always do her best to try to help me out. However, I'm still not sure whats going with my case I settle about 2 years ago. Where's my CHECK!!!!!!!

If you re a service member I highly don t recommend them. When I was speaking to someone over the phone to give them my initial statement I was given false information about my rights and laws that I knew for sure were there to protect service members under federal law

Alexis has sat on my case for years and did nothing. When now trying to inform her about my condition and absolute needs,she dumps my case. I have no idea how she came to represent me,. Which she never did anyway. Are you a work comp firm? Why would anyone want to dump a case that's already been litigated with me being found credible,work comp has to pay medical Needs until death. Claim against state of Pa. WC . Not like Pa is bankrupt and state judge ruled for me. How is this so difficult? Don't you have better attorneysa than her? Sat on my case,never contacted me regarding her secret deal with Gross? Is that legal? You tell me...

I had contacted Pond, lehocky, stern to handle my disability case I was denied so they filled Appel.
I went to my hearing date and not one attorney was their to Represent me from the law firm.
I had a advocate who represented me she wasn t much help didn t even fight for me. I am seriously disabled so now I have to go thru this whole process AGAIN. Should of hired a Attorney out of my small town Who actually cares.

Outstanding law firm! They were attentive to my questions and stayed on top of my case, highly recommend them for any legal matters.

If there was 0 or negative ratings that's what this would be, unsatisfied and left with a life long permanent injury with a settlement that got everyone paid... Lawyers, recommended Doctors, Specialists,Therapists and left me short. The Staff is nice and pleasant but that's their job to be and I expect them to be knowledgeable but not always the so when asked specifics on certain aspects of my case. The actual Lawyer who's name is on the plaque never once appeared to a proceeding to personally handle the case as far as I know or seen, and losing a significant portion of the case. I don't feel my best interest was at stake here. And if you owe any debts just know that will be taken from any award you my be given (there will be a significant percentage taken and paid directly to debtor ie: child support or others... just so you're aware). Do your due diligence in information as best you can so you know what your talking about when hiring a lawyer... I learned just a little too late and have to live with the decisions and outcome by choosing the wrong firm.

Allison Willer represented my 69 year old mother for her workers compensation case. In the 16 months in which she ineffectively represented my mother she never got my mother to see the judge one time. They allow the judge to make a verdict with Improper information and then refused to appeal. My mother slipped and fell in an attic on her job got vertigo because of this slip and fall and her doctors never inform the judge that theirown personal doctors and the doctor that has been taking care of my mother for over 40 years have never once diagnosed her with vertigo before this incident. They now refuse to do the appeal because they feel as though they cannot win.

This law firm has taken care of me for SS Disability and Workman's Comp. If it wasn't for them, I would have sunken low in depression and finances. When my WC came through, I was finally able to get my life back and in order with my bills. They were always professional and caring to my needs. I cannot say enough about how the treated me with respect and did exactly what they said they would. To sum up, they saved me. I will refer them to anyone who needs this kind of help.

When my accident occurred at work and I was hospitalized the first thing that come to mind is financial responsibilities. When my wife and I met Samuel Pond that was laid to rest.

When it came time to file for disibility, Thomas Giordano handled my application. I completed all my paperwork and was approved withing a few weeks.

I have never delat with lawyers, so this has been a very positive experience and knowing that someone is thee to stand up and protect your rights is a relief!

Horrible experience... if you want a lawyer that won t blind side you or that you can trust I highly suggest using a different firm. I got lied to right to my face! Taken advantage of because I don t know the legal system well enough. This was an extremely sensitive case for me which I am still suffering from. They did absolutely nothing they said they would. When I called and asked them to explain it to me so I understood completely I was told not to contact them. I am so upset I could scream. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TRUST AND HONESTY from a lawyer your paying extremely high legal fees too.

Very nice folks who are massively ineffectual. They were supposed to help me fight my company's disability insurance but ended up doing nothing useful and lied about being able to help legally - they needed to be based in California and since they weren't, they wasted 2 months and my claim was denied. Criminally incompetent.
