Lovely place to stay, many rooms with a balcony and great service

LOVED EVERYTHING about this oasis: delightful, friendly staff; fabulous clean spacious room; excellent meal in lovely dining room; intimate bar; and perfect roof top experience!

Frankly I don't know how this hotel has 4 stars !!! I would say! Hotel of good initial and historical structure! But totally decadent in the restructuring .. I would say arranged. Breakfast absolutely not 4-star, they offer cakes packaged by discount stores. Disappointed

Excellent Hotel, located in the central area near the Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine del Rosario and the metropolitan railway that connects Pompeii with Naples, Sorrento, Castellammare di Stabia and other famous places. The hotel staff are very friendly. Recommended for everyone.

excellent experience. Beautiful superior room with balcony, excellent terrace with jacuzzi and great view. To read and relax ideal. Folks. The location is also good because it is right in the center.

On the side: a so-called 4-star hotel that does not clean properly, does not offer a decent service and does not make the effort to be understood by its customers.

I didn't find many good things. From the room with a very high garage-like window to the boufet breakfast very poor and not worthy of a 4-star. Very disappointed. A few years ago it was really 4-star.

Very nice 4* hotel in central Pompei. Has free parking and walking distance to excavations. Excellent and very polite service. Would stay here again upon return to Pompei

I found there are very good! Nice facility and very friendly waiters. I am celiac is well equipped with gluten free breakfast lunch and dinner ... I was in room n. 310 and is beautiful comfortable and clean.

Central structure with parking. It is located 20 meters from the center. Beautiful high and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. and not so expensive either. Great place to stay

Despite the early booking and early arrival at the Hotel, we were put in a room for private wheelchairs and the bathroom sink horrible for this reason, the toilet keeps you off your feet with no support for 1 adult imagine for my young son. And neither asked if ok put us in this room just put.personal did not shut completely and has no blackout curtains or room lit all night. And to complete the bed creaks when you move.
Simple but fresh breakfast, clean room. Not worth the charged pick another hotel.

Location located behind the Basilica of Pompeii and opposite the exit of the Circumvesuviana train station in Pompeii. The entrance to the excavations is about ten minutes away on foot. Quite large bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom had a bathtub and not a shower. Quiet rooms. Excellent and varied breakfast, with "sweet and savory" specialties. The only problem is the car parking, to be found near the hotel exit, with the help of the hotel staff.

Beautiful family run hotel. They are very helpful and accommodating. Couldn't fault it. Very central.

Have never been more uncomfortable in my life. Staff constantly hounding your every move. Took advantage of people unfamiliar with the area. Extremely rude and seemed to upset lady at the desk that I wasn't up to par with the language. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It got to a point where they took the money however I didn't stay a single night from how uncomfortable I felt. We ended up staying at a hostile B&B down the street which was a pleasant surprise as we were met with remarkable hospitality. Room was tight and other than the beds and a couple bags left us little room to move around. The room would have sufficed however we weren't given 20 minutes to rest before being rudely followed and watched before feeling so uncomfortable that I felt better biting the $400 bullet and leaving as soon as possible. Stay away trust me

Probably 2-3 star hotel by U.S. Standards. Dated, strange bathroom configuration. No safe box or definitely broken. Has wifi but have to ask for it. Suggestion for food location probably a kickback- pizza and pasta near the piazza/ church so I wouldn't recommend. Be very careful which train you take to come in. I would just take the train Italia rather than the circum whatever train. It's way safer and there is a little walk but if you get on the wrong circum train - there are 3 stations in Pompeii- you will have to take another cab to get here or walk 24 min around the ruins. Don't get me wrong, this is arguably the better looking hotel in the area. Just tells you that Pompei is a pretty depressing area of just a tourist trap. There are way prettier tourist traps out there in Italy.

Nice hotel. Good service. But it is not a 4 stars hotel as they public. The place is old and need a good maintenance stop. There is very low water pressure in the tub. The walls permitted sounds to pass easily from a room to another (you can hear whats going on on the next room - hopefully TV )

Convenient in front of the Circumvesuviana station, behind the Duomo and a stone's throw from the excavations, there is a shortage of parking in the area.

Perfect for me. Clean, close to the ruins and great friendly service. I would stay again.

The place was so beautiful. The room was elegant. In the morning the buffet was so delicious and the staff was so kind and helpful. A wonderful place!

Good place to stay, the attention is very good, the city of Pompeii is very small and this is one of the best located and located hotels in the city, it is literally 2 blocks from the entrance to one of the entrances of the tourist park of Pomeya, specifically next to the square and the church, you can go walking so you can leave the car at the hotel and just go for a walk and explore the city. The breakfast is not very varied but it is passable, the coffee is very good but you have to ask for it since the one that is placed on the table is water with essence to coffee jejej, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms very European (all stuck)

Very friendly staff, large room with balcony and double bed, safe in the room, breakfast buffet, spacious bathroom, of course with a bidet, since this is Italy!
The hotel is within walking distance to just about anything important in Pompei and about 10 minutes away from the entrance to the Roman anfiteatro and other archeological excavations.

Terrible customer service. Tried taking advantage of foreigners at every turn. They were not accommodating in our stay. Very rude and extremely hostile. Would not recommend to anyone.

My favorite part of my entire stay at Hotel Palma was when I got to leave. Do not come here. Staff sits in the lobby watching everything you do, very creepy. Rooms are small, internet is weak, no parking, and the food looks like it's been eaten and digested by someone else before it gets to you. I would not come here if I was being bribed. You are better off staying at the hostel down the road.

Had a fabulous time. Staff absolutely brilliant. Food good, breakfast could do with a little more variety, but saying that it was still excellent. Loved the roof garden and the view of vesuvius.

Great central hotel in Pompei. Family run, comfortable rooms. Just let down by the food, otherwise it would be 5 star.
