I purchased a vehicle recently. Everybody I came in to contact with at Advantage were very helpful and professional. My experience there was very comfortable and relaxed. I was referred to Shon "Pineapple" as my salesperson by a very close friend. My experience went from great to hands down the best car buying experience ever! Pineapple took my car buying experience to a whole new level. He is super personable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make the purchase quick and fun. I can honestly say I will only buy cars from Advantage Nissan moving forward.

Very nice people, though they are more often slow ...

Very nice people, though they are more often slow in the service department. Shouldn't take 1.5 -2hrs for oil change an wash.. but they have TV, coffee an popcorn along with a kids room to play.

The used section of Advantage Nissan was the first place we looked in the fall. We have a child with special medical needs and needed a minivan with captain seats in the middle row. They had 2 vans that met our needs, we test drove a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan in like new condition with lots of bells and whistles that would help with our kiddo. They gave us a quote on our trade in and we said we were going to look at one other place. They were perfectly fine with that, let us take the quotes with us. We went to one other dealer and looked at the same year, make and model. In worse shape (a couple of dings and a tear in the seat) with 3,000 less miles for $3,000 more. We asked for trade in value and pricing and they handed us a credit application. We asked to just get an estimate and it got super awkward and the sales rep completely changed his attitude as they tried to get us to apply for the loan right then. We went back to Advantage and purchased the other van for $3,000 less. After hearing our situation they gave us a little more for our trade in, got us gap insurance and a warranty this vehicle usually wouldn't qualify for. We were very happy with all of the staff, super helpful, no pressure, cared about getting you what you need instead of just getting you to buy. This is the 3rd dealership we've worked with and the only one we haven't had a negative experience with. We also had to bring this van back to their service center for the check engine light shortly after our hase. They checked it out , told us it was likely a glitch and reset the light, but said if it came on again they'd replace the part in question for free. It's been 6 months and no issues.

Worst Nissan service department I ve been. First t...

Worst Nissan service department I ve been. First time I was there a year ago I had an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours for my car to get done for just a oil change.

Second time which was today at 1pm All I wanted was a oil change. I was told it s 89.99, which I thought was high. I saw that included a tire rotation, brake check, synthetic oil and 120 point inspection. I explained all I wanted was a regular oil change and I did not need synthetic or need a tire rotation or brake check. I said I usually go to Tacoma Nissan and pay 39 dollars for a oil change plus they do a free 120 point inspection. Once I brought up Tacoma Nissan he said well that s the price so you want to go to Tacoma or leave it here .... Lol right.... so I just left and will continue going to Tacoma Nissan.. a much better experience. I have never waited more then 45 minutes at Tacoma Nissan with an appointment.

I paid nearly $400 to confirm what I had already diagnosed,
"A clogged heater core",
this is not a complicated component, and should not have cost nearly that much to diagnose.
The remedy was nearly 40% of the original purchase price of the vehicle, which I feel is outlandishly expensive. I regret taking my vehicle here, I feel like taking my vehicle to this service center was a waste of my time and my money.

I have never dealt with an auto dealership that I really trusted until I went to Advantage. The people, service and pricing are excellent. I have purchased 3 cars in the last 2 years with perfect satisfaction. My most resent service was to install after market front and rear bull bars to my 2nd Juke. Excellent work, fast and got my car in on my schedule, and the price was surprisingly low. Thank you Advantage, you have my loyalty and recommendation for purchase and service.

Just found out that my credit got ran without my permission or knowledge from this place. I came here to browse for vehicles and to sell a car but it slowly turned away from that and into something else. I will not be coming back here and keep other people away from this place. Like they care if I come back anyway. But i wanna make sure other people dont get their credit ran without their knowledge or permission.

After several weeks of visiting a variety of different dealerships in the Puget Sound area, I happened upon Advantage Nissan in Bremerton. I was greeted with excellent customer service and I felt comfortable that they had earned my business. This was my first experience in leasing a new vehicle and it could not have gone more smoothly thanks to the sales team at Advantage Nissan. They found the vehicle I wanted and made the entire experience simple and fun. I would personally like to thank Steve Lowe, Adam Greene, and Shane Stansell for their efforts in helping me find the perfect car. As a plus, they even displayed my new car in the show room, with balloons tied to the mirrors when I came in to pick up. Talk about presentation! As of now, I am the proud owner of a 2015 Nissan Altima and for those who are looking for a vehicle, I 100% recommend Advantage Nissan.

I just bought a certified preowned 2016 Nissan from this location and I could not be happier about my purchase or my experience! I was helped by a specialist named Mauricio who helped me pick out the perfect car within my budget that suited my needs. Finance manager Brad handled all the details, getting me an excellent rate, warranty, and insurance add ons to protect my new purchase. I'm really happy I went with a official certified preownded Nissan because it came with a 100,000 mile warranty and has had something like a 160 point inspection. This option feels much safer then buying an old car from a used lot with a questionable history. I called a couple different car lots before I visited Nissan and honestly everyone I spoke to just seemed slimy and were immediately pressuring me to come in and make a purchase. This is not the case at Advantage Nissan, particularly Mauricio, who was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars' features. I highly recommend this location and Mauricio for your car sales needs.

We first went to Advantage Nissan 3 years ago to lease our first Leaf. We have been so pleased with them we came back this month to lease the 2018 Leaf from them also. Our salesperson both times, was Shon, nickname Pineapple . He is very knowledgeable about electric cars and explained in detail how to drive an electric car to get the most mileage per charge. Service at Advantage has also been efficient and seamless. We d recommend Advantage and Pineapple to anyone interested in an electric car.

This is my third service with Nissan and 3rd time basic service was missed. First two times the windshield washer fluid was left empty and the 2nd time 2 tires were left low on air. These services are standard anywhere else

I was with my friend who was getting her vehicle serviced when I saw an older man come in with a van that wanted his head light changed. Apparently the service department didn t have an open time slot and the man was upset and he was leaving. The sales department manager who s name I found out was Derrick met him by the door and offered to help him change his head light. Derrick rolled up his sleeves while wearing a tie and changed his head light in the parking lot. I have never seen anything like that at a shop or dealership in my life. That was very impressive to say the least. I wish most places had help like that.

Friendly service, clean and nice interior. Salesmen aren't pushy at all. Was in for the first time for a tire fix under my warranty and happy with the experience! The service center was very helpful in walking me through how to use the tire air compression device that comes with our 2015 Nissan Leaf.

I was not disappointed. Barry, the sales rep, didn't try to steer me to any specific vehicle. Instead he listened to what my needs were (I am disabled) and helped me find the car I needed. Before deciding what car to buy I did a lot of research into what kind of car I wanted. I was afriad going into a dealership I would be pushed to look at other options even though I knew exactly what I wanted. Seconds after arriving, Shon "pineapple" Otwell, approached us. I told him exactly what I wanted and he immediately went and got the car (no trying to change my mind). As a first time car buyer I have to say him and his wife Mrs. Pineapple made this experience better than I thought it could be. They were both very kind, and informative. They made the experience amazing. Me and my husband walked out owners of a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and I couldn't be happier with our choice or car and dealership.

I purchased my rouge in 2016 from Virgil and I have been taking it to the dealership for maintenance ever since. More recently we purchased is 2012 Xterra with the assistance of Cheri. Cheri and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we left that day satisfied with our purchase. In the nearly three years that I have been coming to this service center and the two car purchases I have made at the dealership I have not had a single bad experience. Highly recommend this location to anyone considering a new or used vehicle. Great staff, great selection, great service center!
