They go above and beyond with customer service, educating the client on equipment, and following up on them. My sister had a wedding in June in which I rented speakers for the outdoor reception . They taught me to use them and provided additional pieces of equipment at a great discount! It was going to rain on the wedding day. They came out to the location to give covers for the speakers. I am so thankful they did that because it poured! This is how a business should be work. Thank you so much Advanced Multimedia for such a great service!
