They go above and beyond with customer service, educating the client on equipment, and following up on them. My sister had a wedding in June in which I rented speakers for the outdoor reception . They taught me to use them and provided additional pieces of equipment at a great discount! It was going to rain on the wedding day. They came out to the location to give covers for the speakers. Since we were flying into the Detroit market for a shoot in Auburn Hills our crew from All Pro Media needed some additional lighting, a green screen and a jib/crane.
