After being reffed by a cousin of mine.
I found Spartan Employment to be an AMAZING WORK AGENCY. Trained professionals who know how to take care of workers from the start (application process) to finish(leaving work). When I first met Blawal, a recruiting agent at Spartan, I was happy to be helped by him. But as time went on at work I was wowed by how this agent interacted with me (I try to stay away from phone calls, so these people have the great option of just texting any string of days I had to take off, and I also gave my medical note threw text delivery, and my 2 week notice of leaving work was also filed with blawal over a text message! Great service ). He asked typical questions (what type of work I was looking for, what my day(s) and time availabilities were, from where I was traveling from (to find the most convenient location closest to me). Parking cost money at the agency, so you can park at the McDonald s parking next door, if you plan on making a food purchase.
Also the food company I worked at was very fun to work at, they also communicated through text which was great. I received cheques weekly every Friday.
Also bring ID AND SIN CARD when you go in to work, and Safety boots also help as a requirement.
Spearman is located on the 5th floor of the elevator- at office 506.

They can improve the way they treat their people. If the hours worked get lost, they shouldn t say that this problem its not their problem.

I wasted 3 hours of my time going to sign up there. They told me I would get a call. I didn't. Then I called after twice on different days. Said they would call back for sure. No CALL BACK. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!

An adgency is a adgency i signed up, and the manager told me they dont like hiring students? Told me i had to call for tuesday

Worst agency ever they post ads claiming they have work. But when you get there and have signed up they have nothing to offer but say I will call you tomorrow and end up not calling.

I applied. They'd mentioned they would give me a call the same afternoon if not the following day. I sent them a message a couple days later and they'd mentioned they rather contacted my emergency number, but they never heard back from me. Can no longer trust.

My son sits at home all day playing video games, he couldn't find a job. Yelled at him and told him to try this place out, a week later and he's working full time.

It amazes me to see the man he is becoming, his mother doesn't want him to grow up and she tells me he's growing up too fast, it saddens her. He's already asking for a car, I remember when I was that age, working was the least of my worries. Maybe if I found an employment agency like this one I would have had my life together sooner and avoided all the mistakes I made in my life.
