1 star is even too much. Don't ever use this insurance company they are terrible. Have to wait on the phone for at least 40 minutes and then they say the person dealing with the case is not there. They don't answer emails. Terrible customer service.

My car was stolen back in August and I am still aw...

My car was stolen back in August and I am still awaiting for a payment. I m constantly calling different people back and forth. I was told I will receive a payment but then was told I need to pay a extra premium and once that s is paid it ll be fine. Today was told to call my broker to make this payment but they have know clue about this and asked me to call action 365 again!! I waited 30 minutes to get through the first time and now they are closed. It is coming up to 5 months of being passed around like a baton. Don t ever use these small companies!! I m happy to pay the extra premium so I can put this to rest but who do I pay??? Nobody seems to know. Nobody is helping much. Stay away!!

Absolutely disgusting claims customer service - They have had my vehicle in holding for over a week now just to have four new tyres!!! Getting through to them is like pulling teeth out - Getting calls back conveniently they call 3minutes before the lines close and getting email response is like dealing with a company from the other side of the world. This insurance company has COST ME more than my insurance premium in one week of a claim

I've been waiting over a week after my catalytic converter was stolen for my car to be taken to the garage for repairs. Noone is answering my calls and I can be on the phone for 2 hours before being cut off, other times they pick up the phone then cut the call without saying anything. I've seen so many other people have had to resort to legal action. It shouldn't be this hard to just take my car to the garage who are waiting to start the work. Put in a complaint and Ismail replied saying problems with signal and he will call me back which he didnt. Claim ref 572445 - OY67HDO. If you can please sort out my situation I will take down my review.

The most unprofessional service ever received from...

The most unprofessional service ever received from a claims company. It s been 6 months and no payment made. They organised a salvage company to take the car and I was advised that funds will be deposited with 7-10 working days, but nothing. No car for 6 months and I ve got a 5 year old to take to school, no car for food shopping etc. They also asked for bank account details via email, which is incredibly unsafe. They don t communicate by phone, just emails, you get a sense of bad attitude projected from the claims handlers even how the write their emails. They never answer phone calls or reply to emailed promptly. I will be going to ombudsman regarding the way they have conducted themselves.

After my own experience with this company I will never again use action365, or Autonet, both of whom have proved to be both incompetent and con merchants. Do your self a favour, don t buy cheap car insurance or you end up having these idiots. You ll regret it in the long run.

One star is way too high a score for this company....

One star is way too high a score for this company. Had a non fault accident on 7th January 2020 and my insurance - Saisnburys use them. 13 months later I am still waiting for them to make a claim against her insurance. Even one of their staff agreed that it should have been sorted before now. I am told they have written to her insurance however no one ever follows it up. Their complaints department is a total joke and never respond to emails. Try to speak to a manager and guess what they are not able to put you through and never call you back. Tell them you will go to the FCA and they just say you can if you want. I think they just want you to go away because you have had enough and that way they wont have to do any work.
