The most unprofessional service ever received from...

The most unprofessional service ever received from a claims company. It s been 6 months and no payment made. They organised a salvage company to take the car and I was advised that funds will be deposited with 7-10 working days, but nothing. No car for 6 months and I ve got a 5 year old to take to school, no car for food shopping etc. They also asked for bank account details via email, which is incredibly unsafe. They don t communicate by phone, just emails, you get a sense of bad attitude projected from the claims handlers even how the write their emails. They never answer phone calls or reply to emailed promptly. I will be going to ombudsman regarding the way they have conducted themselves.
