I've have been a customer of ACM Computers for almost 20 years, and have found them to be a joy to do business with. I just purchased my latest computer from them and I'm delighted with it. They never disappoint. Over the years, when I've had a problem, the technicians have always taken the care of it and had me back up and running quickly. Whether a new purchase, an upgrade, or a service call, they have always taken great care on my needs.

Have been using ACM Computers for almost four years. Appreciate their quick-to-respond in-home visits and professionalism. It is SO appreciated they keep my computer running well (despite the slow DSL Internet service here). Thank you, ACM folks! :-D

ACM Computers in Ventura is wonderful! We walked in and met Dustin and Mike and they helped me all the way through the process, really listening to my wants and needs. They delivered and installed, thanks to Oscar who installed everything so perfectly. You really couldn't ask for any better service, and the prices were great! If you need a computer and helpful service unheard of in the current time.

We have been with ACM Computers for years. Whenever we've had a problem, they've either been to our house or we've been to the store. They are always so helpful and willing to take the time to explain what is needed and what was done. Oscar is so patient, and my "go-to" guy and lifesaver whenever I've needed help. ACM gives you excellent service in whatever your computer needs are, and they're very reasonable.

didn't want to go to geek squad, no particular reason. went to google and looked for computer repair. noticed acm had 5 star rating from 19 reviewers. Took in my crashed dell laptop. Friendly, knowledgeable, fair; everything i had hoped to discover from a local business. I'll give them 6 stars!

I couldn't be happier with my recent visit to ACM Computers! The staff were both professional and friendly. I had taken my computer in for some overheating issues that were quickly resolved. Not only did my technician, Rocky, fix the problem, he went above and beyond to make my computer run optimally. Rocky had kept in touch with me several times throughout the service to update me on any progress and gain approval of extra work.

Before going in, my computer was a mess. I had cables everywhere, parts improperly placed, and dust EVERYWHERE. Rocky not only cleaned the parts, he re-installed them properly in such a way that it would be space efficient.

I only wish that I could thank Rocky and the entire staff more than with a simple review! I will definitely recommend.

ACM Computers are lifesavers. I found this great team of people on Craigslist after my computer died. They provided me with excellent customer service and were extremely knowledgeable and insightful. Dustin in particular was a great help to me and really went above and beyond.

You had a customer come in several months ago with a laptop with XP there was a minor problem with it but you sold her quite a bit and it's not helping her the solution to the XP laptop was very simple and was taken care of and now she's using that again

I am the exact opposite of a person who is computer literate. I am a chiropractor here in Ventura and decided to go digital with all my files. ACM Computers made that possible for me by networking the system, adding wireless internet, and so much more. They are extremely efficient and extremely friendly. I will continue to use them again and again. Also, my brother took his Macbook in because he spilled water on the keyboard and the keys did not function correctly and they took care of it...FAST! Highly recommended!

Just returned from a repeat visit to ACM. They were able to restore my lap top which had cratered suddenly. Mike went to considerable trouble to contact the manufacturer and obtain their co-operation to both extend the warranty and to solve the problem. I have previously, some 2 years back, purchased a desk top from them and I would very highly recommend visiting ACM and giving them your business.

We hired ACM for maintenance of our business systems and computers. Upon initial evaluation of our systems, they found an important backup had not been completed for over a year. There was no indication it had not been backed up. ACM installed and set up a system to send a signal to be sure the back up worked regularly. As a result of their proactive set up, another back up was resolved quickly because they caught it. I love being able to depend on ACM for our technology protection and maintenance.

I have brought several computers to this store for repairs. They have always done not only an excellent job, but always at a very reasonable price... and they have steered me away from having costly repairs done when they weren't needed. The guys at ACM are extremely professional and run their business with integrity!

It's always hard to cope when your computer has a problem. I had one on my Dell laptop with pop-up ad malware that was driving me crazy. It took over my favorite Internet sites, not allowing me to proceed. Dustin fixed it in 1/2 day and my computer is working even better than before the problem "popped up".

I have been a customer of ACM Computers for over 10 years. I have taken many computers in over the years and have always been extremely happy with their service.

When you have a computer issue it can certainly stop whatever you are doing in it's tracks! On more than one occasion (with more than one computer) the experts at ACM computers have saved the day and the data so to speak! If you have issues with your computer, don't hesitate to call Dustin and the polite people at ACM. The work was done fast and at a very reasonable price.

My laptop was not working when I went to use it and I had no idea why, I panicked because all of my documents and photos are on here. I googled computer repair and ACM computers came right up and had several four/five star reviews so I called.....Dustin answered the phone and calmed me down. He was so nice and helpful I felt in good hands. Was told my hard drive needed replaced after he looked at it, Dustin WAS able to save all my documents and photos!!!!!!!!!! The cost was extremely fair and my computer was ready in 1 business day. I am so beyond thankful and recommend ACM computers to everyone!!! I will be a lifetime customer for sure.

I accidentally downloaded a browser hijacking program on my MacBook Pro. What would've taken me hours of frustration to figure out and inevitably give up on, Alex was able to walk me through the fix on the phone in just minutes. So helpful and super polite!

I have been bringing all my computer repairs here to fix. they are courteous, timely and very conscientious of my data. They took great strides to protect my data. I went in for a partition problem on my D drive which was stopping my windows updates. Come to find out my windows 10 was corrupted. They took an image of my computer so once finished they can reload with all programs in tact. they label all the power cords I gave them to insure I get the right one back. I have my own accounting company so my data is sacred as is everyone's. I can't be down very long and they are very fast and efficient. I have customer's who use them as their IT company for back up and firewalls. All my customers love them.

Even after all these years ACM still gives quick honest info about your computer issues. We had the charge port on a Acer laptop that got pushed back into the device so it wouldn't charge. They had it fixed the same day so we could pick it up by 5pm.

Same day service, Alex & Danica went and above and beyond in customer service. Can't say enough about how positive this experience was!!

Short: ACM Computers is communicative, knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, and trustworthy.

Long: I chose ACM purely for their reviews. I m mostly computer savvy but my issues were beyond my understanding and online DIY research wasn t fruitful. ISSUES: Wifi adapter failed, sound card failed, occasionally stuck in a reboot cycle, and could not run driver updates for failing drivers. So, after purchasing an external USB Wifi adapter (which worked for about a month) and spending hours attempting various online computer hacks I decided to take it to ACM. They were awesome! The key is that they are knowledgeable. For example, Alex called to ask if I wanted to upgrade to Windows 10 or keep 8. I expressed hesitation to upgrade because of bugs I heard about. Alex patiently gave an overview of the evolution of improvements in Windows 10 from release to present to inform my decision. Based on that information I felt comfortable about switching. I m happy it wasn t a Windows 10 is better, and you wouldn t understand why sort of response. I would have kept 8 if that was the answer. Thumbs up for professionalism! Take your computer here, they are here to help not to take advantage of you.
