We are very satisfied with the explanation that they received from housing grants, within 1 hour we had already received the report of the conversation. All in all we are very satisfied with the housing fund.

Most lousy financial service provider in the Nethe...

Most lousy financial service provider in the Netherlands in my view. They indicate themselves which route I have to follow and what I have to deliver. I deliver all documents neatly on time. Then I can wait another 15 WORK days for a response.

As a cream on the cake, after 8 MONTHS I am told that they don't know how to proceed? They let me incur all kinds of extra costs to grant the mortgage and then dare to say that they do not know what the next steps will be.

FYI, this all went through a mortgage advisor who takes out 60 mortgages every month within a few weeks. In the end, my mortgage advisor started screaming and that helped, because we were told that their colleague should not have accepted 8 months ago since I do not meet certain conditions of the housing fund.

A week later I was at another bank and within a week I had a mortgage :)

In short, really worthless. Save your time and effort and do not start housing fund!

We have made use of the offered option for telephone advice. making an appointment was no problem, and we were called neatly at the indicated time. The reason for the conversation was the expiry of a savings mortgage (well in advance) The conversation with mrs. v.d.Broek went well and satisfactorily. She had prepared well for the interview, a summary of what was discussed was later confirmed by email.

We have been orientating on mortgage for a long time. Heard of the Woonfonds today at the first contact for the first time about 123 rule for freelancers, which as a freelancer can offer more possibilities. Have an appointment immediately and am very satisfied with good explanation!

Most reviews about the introductory meeting, then ...

Most reviews about the introductory meeting, then they are of course super friendly. Once you get stuck with them, the tone is "arrogant" and not service oriented at all. I think this is due to the instructions c.g. training that the staff receives. It is primarily their own interests from which they act, and not the interests of the customer (if that benefits them, it is a bonus). Of course it remains a commercial company, but that is precisely where you would expect service orientation. But Woonfonds has clearly defined their policy, keeping in mind that the customer cannot just step on.

PS: and it seems that people who have had a conversation are "motivated" to leave a review + mention the employee's name.

* Response to Woonfonds *: nice attempt at damage control, but several times I expressed my dissatisfaction towards Woonfonds, also by telephone, but then you get to hear that arrogant tone. This is my experience and I would like to share it with the people, no need to downplay it through Woonfonds.

July 31 I had a consultation with mrs. Margriet Zwartjens of Woonfonds regarding the expiring fixed-rate period of my interest-free mortgage on 31.12.19.
At the same time I was busy exchanging two pieces of land with my neighbor (who wanted to sell her house), which was much more tedious than I could imagine, and which required the approval of Woonfonds. Although it was not directly the intention of the consultation, mrs. Zwartjens played an important helping and supporting role in this process. She also kept in touch until the day of passing of the deed, which I very much appreciate.
This was great service!

Due to some miscommunication between Woonfonds and...

Due to some miscommunication between Woonfonds and Avero, my repayment of a mortgage part did not arrive on time. Because of this I would have to pay 1 month too much in interest. Woonfonds resolved this professionally and repaid the interest paid too much. They also called back with her Adviseuse, Mrs Zwartjes. Chapeau Woonfonds!

My mother died in the autumn, deed of inheritance, deed of death, all 3 times sent in because they kept asking for the documents. Nothing more heard. Now there is an annual overview addressed to my mother. Woonfonds obviously does not know what it means to be dead. What a prutsers.

Compliments for Woonfonds and more specifically for Monique van den Broek! To be able to ask all questions in an open and entertaining conversation and, above all, to receive answers. You are sometimes (un) forced customer in an organization, institution or company in the Netherlands but you do not feel like a customer. At Woonfonds you are really a CUSTOMER and they know what customer-oriented work means. Also all praise for the website and newsletters from Woonfonds. Pleasant surprise: shortly after the interview I receive in my mailbox an extensive report of our conversation with all interesting links. All praise and this definitely deserves a flower!

Today we had a pleasant conversation with Monique van den Broek about the (near) expiry of the mortgage.
Savings mortgage closed almost 30 years ago. A milestone.
Clear and clear explanation about how to handle this. Also well informed about the means of communication that Woonfonds uses towards its customers, clearly summarized in a meeting report.
After renovation, some thirteen years ago, a second mortgage with Woonfonds. So we remain a customer.
The customer contacts that have taken place over the years (interest rate change,
advice) we have always experienced as positive.

I would absolutely not recommend Woonfonds to anyo...

I would absolutely not recommend Woonfonds to anyone. I had to put my own money in a home construction account to get the mortgage and after the mortgage has been taken out, it seems almost impossible to get my own money back, which causes the renovation to be considerably delayed.

The housing fund sends letters with incorrect information. When inquired, the blame is simply placed with the client, completely unjustified and unfair! I find this organization very unprofessional and arrogant! The customer service staff are extremely friendly, but what's in it for you?

Just had a very pleasant phone call about the expiry of our mortgage. The conversation was informative, the employee was knowledgeable and it was not so formal what the atmosphere was. In short, very positive, very satisfied.

I have nothing with Tilburg. With the employees of...

I have nothing with Tilburg. With the employees of Woonfonds every now and then when the need is high again and the night's sleep fails. By all those publicity spots of the government and Banks again called up again I called again to Woonfond to make an appointment again because the impact of the first time was somewhat gone, but last time they knew me with a lot of patience to hear. Now a friendly lady called back at the agreed time but I myself was just recovering from a very painful kidney stone attack and almost unable to answer the phone. Understanding and sympathizing everywhere as a warm blanket came in at that moment. That was reinforced the next day by a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The employees of housing fund who called me back. Surprise !! Awesome.

Via her email I was able to make another appointment, which I did a few days later. Monique vd Broek would call me back and in the meantime did her homework so that I did not have to tell the whole story again. She also could not give me advice but I would send him back in the right direction because of the uncertainty of me, about the end of my mortgage, to solve. Extensively she gave help to a good adviser. Because, hopefully still, with my wife I plan to fly back and forth to warmer places, I want to postpone this until the spring months because we are in the Netherlands for a longer period of time. I have now spoken to three different employees about the unrest that is always imposed on me by the government and banks on the interest-only mortgages. Maybe it is in the air of Brabant, or they are selected for friendliness, it comes to me as: "The customer is KING" and that in 2019. Where do you find this still in this time of short fuses. Fri. Great and compassionate company, especially thanks to Maikel van der Looij!
Our mortgage advisor had already been working for three months to arrange a binding offer to Domivest for an investment property. This company lingered in empty promises, but the expiry date came awfully closer, so that our adviser also called in Woonfonds for help. Maikel hooked up well and within 3 weeks we were allowed to sign a binding offer with Woonfonds. Thanks to him and this company we can make a dream come true!

They have been customers for years, but lately they are unreachable with poor service. No response to my mail and I have been waiting for a cost estimate through my intermediary for three months. Do something about it!!
