Compliments for Woonfonds and more specifically for Monique van den Broek! To be able to ask all questions in an open and entertaining conversation and, above all, to receive answers. You are sometimes (un) forced customer in an organization, institution or company in the Netherlands but you do not feel like a customer. At Woonfonds you are really a CUSTOMER and they know what customer-oriented work means. Also all praise for the website and newsletters from Woonfonds.
