TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I will never use their services again. Reason being, there are better ways to go about customer services but their approach isn't what customers would like.

I am sure that most businesses would have this disclaimer "Please take note that once you confirm to print, we will not be held responsible for the error(s) occurred once confirmation is given.

No replacement will be given for error (s) occurred in this artwork. Therefore, it is your responsibility to make sure all the details on the artwork are accurate.

Cancellation is not allowed once this artwork is confirmed. "

However, in the case where the customer has already gave the company the correct information, yet the company fails to do so, it says alot about their standards. Additionally, where they expects their customers to be the one that catches their mistakes and a company that protects themselves from their mistakes would definitely make it very uncomfortable for any customer. It's unfortunate that this happened to me. But what I want you review readers to know is that if you were to be in this exact same situation as me, this is what would happen to you too.

Just to let any future patron that considers Kiasu Print. LISTEN TO ME. LISTEN CLOSELY. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT you better have 10000% GOD SIGHT in catching mistakes, because Kiasu Print will have you liable for your failure to catch their mistake.

TLDR; TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you have the ability to catch errors easily, it would be good. If you can't, like some days, you would just fail to catch mistakes and if on that day you decide to order from Kiasu Print. You would have to pay for your own mistakes printed on that name card.

Thus, this is a permanent goodbye from me.

P/s i left them an email stating what happened, and they certified with confirmation and a big slap of "i don't care", "it is on you to be able to check for any mistakes be is made by you or us"

Replies to queries are prompt polite and to point. Item was made and delivered fast and efficient without fuss despite covid19 circuit breaker.

Got to know kiasuprint from carousell. Spoke with somebody through the chat there and he/she got what I wanted done so fast and efficiently! Will definitely go back to kiasuprint again!
P.s. if you guys need a company chop urgently you can try them out. I ordered two of them, make payment and confirmed artwork on the day itself. It was couriered over to us the next day FOC!

I have used Kiasu Print services on quite a few occasions to print name cards, standees and banners and have never been disappointed. They are very responsive, always courteous and my orders always arrive even earlier than promised. Very highly recommended for cheap but quick and quality printing service!

Their response and service is super fast. My clients always came up to me last minute and ask for company stamp/common seal to be delivered urgently. Kiasu Print always manage to respond to whatever request I have.

There was once i ordered 4 hour express delivery for common seal for my client, just when I'm abt to make the payment, the staff discovered that another person had ordered it as well. Turns out my client decided to make it on themselves. Big thank you to Kiasu print for this kind act, otherwise we would have wasted $129!

I ordered a company stamp from Kiasu Print online but somehow I had problems with my internet banking. Their customer service Dept was super helpful. The customer service staff was very responsive, polite and replied my emails even after office hours.

She proactively tried to resolve the issues on my order so that I could receive my stamp as soon as possible. I received my company stamp and the quality is very good.

I am very impressed with their services and I will definitely order more products from them in the future.

I'm pleasantly surprised by the quickness and professionalism of the team, as I submitted an artwork design on Saturday, and had everything confirmed within an hour. True to their word, I ordered two stamps and it was couriered on Monday afternoon. Very good quality and design and highly recommended to all.

2nd time buyer. This time I need the rubber stamp for my company urgently, so I went to their office and asked for the express service which they did it in 20 min! Fast and great quality company chop for me to bring it around. Two thumbs up.

Poor service and irresponsible. Pay for the delivery yet they still deliver to the wrong address! No intention to settle the matter.

Placed an order on line and got a response within an hour and the design was sorted and delivery of rubber stamp took place the next day. VERY pleased with the service and quality of work.

We urgently need biz namecard and contacted Kiasu via its Whatsapp. Since urgent, I called them and they asked for my mobile number so they could trace my whatsapp soonest and responded (since they have tons of orders everyday). Ordered one box of EXPRESS namecard (S$29) and email-ed our design. The designer mentioned it was not high enough so not very sharp when printed, but we decided to take the risk, and chose not to re design by their team (S$40). Paid when confirmed. The cards were promptly ready for collection next day afternoon. Result: super satisfying, paper is enough thick, and the printing is clear, no blur for my eyes. Love Kiasu's fast and professional service. Thank u Kiasu team. If u need fast printing and making stamp, Kiasu is the only trustable one. U get the result u want.

Very poor service. One of the Malaysian staff is superb rude I believe she is the one that is doing the admin job. I received 3 missed call on Saturday and I returned a call back. She kept telling me is wrong number. When I ask where is she calling from she told me kiasu print. I told her i had 5 boxes of name card to be collected from them. She did a very long check and told me she will called back later. But did not do so. This morning again I received another missed call from them, I returned the call she told me wrong number again. So I repeated my whole story to her again. She said she will check again asked me to wait and she just hung up my call. Very terrible service.

Ordered 4 self-inking stamps through their website at 2.45pm one afternoon. Got an immediate email response clarifying designs and formats. Everything settled within an hour and got prompt delivery at 10.45am the next morning. Truly a KIASU service!!

I placed an order for 100 stickers for a personal project and KiasuPrint surprised me with a gift of bonus stickers. The stickers are of good quality i.e. beautifully rendered with vivid colours. Very satisfied.

Very friendly staff. Service was also very prompt. They will ask you to verify your design again through WhatsApp group created which minimize many error. Have engaged them quite a few times and I highly recommend them. The greatest part is no GST.

I was sending my company order to this company to quote and print and has communicated to them from 10 March 2020 to 17 March 2020 to confirm the design and print. I find them really unprofessional because at the point whereby I confirm the printing job with them on 17 March 2020, they had to give me a reason "alignment issue with offset machine" and asked if I can wait till mid April. If they had an issue with the machine, they ought to have told the customer right from the start. What a waste of time having to discuss with them. Please do not bother to look them up anymore if you wish to have your time wasted.

First time I went to the Kiasuprint and made a rubberstamp and get it on the spot. Second time I order 5 boxes of namecard and have them deliver to my dwelling address. Excellent services.

Couldn't have asked for better service, 10/10 would recommend! I ordered 150 stickers for a formal event at $80 with excellent service. The seller never failed to give super prompt and polite replies every time I asked questions/gave requests. I also liked that they added me to a Whatsapp group with the sticker designer himself so I could check to confirm the design with the designer personally. Ordered a customised stamp via email, and their response was very quick. They also give good suggestions to my design so that the print will be clear. Ordered 14 boxes of corporate name cards. Service and replies are prompt from the staffs, my order was ready within the stipulated timeframe and the staffs were able to accommodate to my delivery requests.

Very poor customer service. I sent an email as requested for a delivery 2 days after. And when I called back on the delivery day they told me they didn't receive any email and wanted to charge me an additional "express" fee... disapointing experience !

The whole conversation was thru WhatsApp and they reply promptly..
Gave them my design and they advice on the quality etc before they proceed to print.
The working time is 4-6 working days but I received it quite fast.
The conclusion is that I m in love with my namecard with their printing quality is awesome! Price is affordable too especially no GST.
My namecard was inclusive of delivery which I do not need to incur additional cost.
Overall 10/10 to Kiasu Print!

Disgusting customer service and appalling quality of output. I used Kiasu Print based on the quality of Google reviews, but the real-life experience was nowhere near its unrealistic online ratings. I paid a premium for an express service and higher quality card for my business cards. Not once was I told by the Kiasu Print rep (J.S.) during the face-to-face order process that Kiasu Print would be unable to get anywhere near the shade of blue in our logo and design of the card, given that they are limited by their own technology. This is a fairly major point that you highlight to customers during the order process, especially when they are sat right in front of you, requesting an express order, and paying a premium for the end product. I was visibly upset by the poor output and there were no solutions proposed to remedy the situation. From the moment I walked through the door to make the initial order, the Kiasu Print rep (J.S.) behaved as if I was an inconvenience to his life and he couldn't be bothered with me. This attitude/behaviour extended into our next encounter upon picking up the order. Would be great if Kiasu Print understood that startups and small business owners generally pay for these items out of their own pocket and, if one pays a premium for that service, one expects a premium product.

I had a pleasant experience creating my customized self inking stamp with them.

Their customized products are really of top quality at great prices. I've first heard of them during my army days, when I saw that they have the quickest service in printing large posters, with a fantastic print quality.

Today when I'm starting my own business, I feel that I can trust them in my customization needs.

The customer service by Rainie was excellent too. She was knowledgeable on the proper vector files and fonts needed for the stamp, her response to the delivery was prompt, and she even taught me on the process of refilling the stamp.

Excellent service and quality for a great price, especially for Spot UV business cards. I've used many printers over the years and it is so refreshing to work with a team that gets it and updates you with checking the file, mailing address, etc.

The file uploading system on the website is also very easy to use, with the file requirements stated clearly.

When they noticed a mark on the cards, the staff immediately contacted me and offered to get it reprinted. Really appreciate the integrity.

Most of all, the final products speak for themselves. If you look at my photos, you'll see a comparison with the same card (same file) printed with another print shop. The accuracy of the colours is much better with Kiasu Print, and the quality is obvious in the materials. Spot UV usually has a margin of error in placement, so I am really happy that with Kiasu Print the Spot UV is in exactly the right place. Will definitely keep using this company. Thanks guys!

Needed 200 business cards printed last minute. Went for the express print, so 1 day turnaround. Very quick, easy and efficient service and good quality printing at a competitive price. The studio was a little tricky to find - have attempted to move the location marker to lift lobby 2 on google maps for easier navigation.

Reach after 3.30pm told me not ready. Come back after 30mins, haven cut yet.

Ordered business cards of 2 different companies. Kiasu Printing Designers assisted in designing a new design for each of our companies within a few hours after we made payment for the design fee. Design fee was also reasonable and cheaper than most other business card designers. Upon confirmation of the new design and details in the business cards, the cards were printed within 2 days together with our company self inked stamp. Great job and everything was done swiftly. Would highly recommend them for design and printing of business cards and company self inked stamps.
