TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I will never use their services again. Reason being, there are better ways to go about customer services but their approach isn't what customers would like.
I am sure that most businesses would have this disclaimer "Please take note that once you confirm to print, we will not be held responsible for the error(s) occurred once confirmation is given.
No replacement will be given for error (s) occurred in this artwork. Therefore, it is your responsibility to make sure all the details on the artwork are accurate.
Cancellation is not allowed once this artwork is confirmed. "
However, in the case where the customer has already gave the company the correct information, yet the company fails to do so, it says alot about their standards. Additionally, where they expects their customers to be the one that catches their mistakes and a company that protects themselves from their mistakes would definitely make it very uncomfortable for any customer. It's unfortunate that this happened to me. But what I want you review readers to know is that if you were to be in this exact same situation as me, this is what would happen to you too.
Just to let any future patron that considers Kiasu Print. LISTEN TO ME. LISTEN CLOSELY. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT you better have 10000% GOD SIGHT in catching mistakes, because Kiasu Print will have you liable for your failure to catch their mistake.
TLDR; TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you have the ability to catch errors easily, it would be good. If you can't, like some days, you would just fail to catch mistakes and if on that day you decide to order from Kiasu Print. You would have to pay for your own mistakes printed on that name card.

P/s i left them an email stating what happened, and they certified with confirmation and a big slap of "i don't care", "it is on you to be able to check for any mistakes be is made by you or us"
