Disgusting customer service and appalling quality of output. I used Kiasu Print based on the quality of Google reviews, but the real-life experience was nowhere near its unrealistic online ratings. I paid a premium for an express service and higher quality card for my business cards. Not once was I told by the Kiasu Print rep (J.S.) during the face-to-face order process that Kiasu Print would be unable to get anywhere near the shade of blue in our logo and design of the card, given that they are limited by their own technology. This is a fairly major point that you highlight to customers during the order process, especially when they are sat right in front of you, requesting an express order, and paying a premium for the end product. I was visibly upset by the poor output and there were no solutions proposed to remedy the situation. From the moment I walked through the door to make the initial order, the Kiasu Print rep (J.S.) behaved as if I was an inconvenience to his life and he couldn't be bothered with me. This attitude/behaviour extended into our next encounter upon picking up the order. Would be great if Kiasu Print understood that startups and small business owners generally pay for these items out of their own pocket and, if one pays a premium for that service, one expects a premium product.
