Very poor service. One of the Malaysian staff is superb rude I believe she is the one that is doing the admin job. I received 3 missed call on Saturday and I returned a call back. She kept telling me is wrong number. When I ask where is she calling from she told me kiasu print. I told her i had 5 boxes of name card to be collected from them. She did a very long check and told me she will called back later. But did not do so. This morning again I received another missed call from them, I returned the call she told me wrong number again. So I repeated my whole story to her again. She said she will check again asked me to wait and she just hung up my call. Very terrible service.
