I was sending my company order to this company to quote and print and has communicated to them from 10 March 2020 to 17 March 2020 to confirm the design and print. I find them really unprofessional because at the point whereby I confirm the printing job with them on 17 March 2020, they had to give me a reason "alignment issue with offset machine" and asked if I can wait till mid April. If they had an issue with the machine, they ought to have told the customer right from the start. What a waste of time having to discuss with them. Please do not bother to look them up anymore if you wish to have your time wasted.
