Accor Hotels Sofitel Grand Sopot Review

Great service, meals stimulate the senses, unforgettable views from the balcony of a clean spacious room with the most comfortable bed you can not forget :) The pool and SPA area allows you to relax and take your thoughts away from everyday matters. I highly recommend who has not yet been to visit this hotel and who was sure will be coming back again. Thank you to all the staff for making your stay more pleasant.

Great location right on the pier. The proximity to the sea and the entertainment center of Sopot. Rooms nice and tidy. Good spa area. Very nice and kind service. A varied and delicious breakfast. I would recommend.

Well, except for the location (almost on the beach) - it works. Room getting old. We didn't visit the restaurant. Service on the "private beach" is slow. Staff very friendly. Oh - beds are a dream.

I am not a great fan of any Hotel from Accor Group but I have to say this Sofitel Grand Sopot Hotel is simply amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast very tasty, the rooms nice and modern decorated (very clean) and of course the best part of this Hotel is the view from the rooms: simply stunning, outstading and breath taking and the sea is just meters away. A perfect hotel for singles, small families, honey mooners or secret lovers

This is an absolutely perfect hotel for a quiet stay in Sopot. Spacious interiors with amazing atmosphere and history, fancy food prepared from remarkable ingredients given by real hotel enthusiasts. Wojtek and Micha 's gates service exceeded all expectations, at the time of fatigue after the journey we felt like in heaven and that was just the beginning! The next day we sailed into a super spa. A place with a class.

A fabulous hotel in all counts. Great location, adjacent to the sea beach, exclusive sea beach for hotel boarders. Great service, particularly the cordial and professional attitude of the staffs, at the restaurants and at the reception. The rooms are tidy. Wide selection at the breakfast. The elegance is blended with tradition and comfort. Well recommended.

For me a revelation. They may be nicer, better decorated, more luxurious, but the atmosphere in the hotel, excellent service and an irreplaceable view of the sea and the pier .... hmm, it's worth spending at least one night in a room facing the sea.

Staying in this hotel has long been my dream which has just come true. This is a unique hotel with exceptional service. It has a unique atmosphere and atmosphere. It is thanks to ALL the staff who are very friendly, polite, smiling and helpful. You can see that their work gives them great joy, they do it with great passion and this creates a great atmosphere. Big bow to the floor service - the room was perfectly clean :) also thanks to Mr. Adrian and Mrs. Klaudia - the right people in the right places.
No one will leave the breakfast hungry - everything was delicious and prepared with great care! Restaurant service at the highest level.
THANK YOU very much for these (unfortunately short) 2 days of stay and see you for sure!
How Sopot is just a Grand Hotel! Competition should learn from you :)

Unfortunately, a low rating for a multitude of shortcomings I will start with the room, it would be useful to renovate stained rugs, the door from the shower falls to the floor and jam.
The hall is full of holes hidden under the carpet.
The restaurant has no information on the range of dishes,
On the last day I learned from a waiter that I can get smoked fish for breakfast, but it is a clear question that for five days being by the sea there was no fish for breakfast.
The hotel beach is dirty, we found a glass edging, metal caps and our neighbors with a huge rusty nail, it is not difficult to imagine what could have happened if it had stepped on.
Despite the enormous efforts of the hotel staff, I do not take full satisfaction from the hotel.

Luxury as you look. There is nothing to complain about.

Service for customers who are not hotel customers tragic. First, when I entered the hotel, the lady from the service could not tell me where to drink coffee. When I got to the bar no one was going to serve me. It was only myself that I had to ask for coffee. In addition, I had to wait to pay as if I could not pay at the table. I was delegated to the side sofa as if for punishment. I waited for the rest, because the Lady was changing, in such a hotel do not have small ... All the time I felt like I was made a grace because I ONLY wanted to drink a coffee. And when I left the hotel I did not even hear the Command. I think I will not be back more ...

Very nice professional service ... at a very high level ... perfect romantic place for a marital anniversary with a beautiful view of the sea ... I recommend it with a clean heart ... spent anew there with regret we left this place ... anniversary certainly will not be forgotten ... we will definitely be back there ....

A very high standard hotel, we are delighted! On the other hand, Ms Weronika from the reception area deserves special attention, and we also have a smile on our faces despite the fact that we know that we are guests.

An ideal place to relax. Full professionalism of the employees, great facility in every respect. Amazing place, once you visit there you want to come back every time to mention the hotel.

Kitchen, of course, 5 stars, delicious breakfasts
4-star luxury room with sea view
And the men from the suitcases to our car did not even come, my wife and daughter were standing with suitcases
I pulled into the parking lot to put the car down. When the Rolss Royce pulled up, they wanted to kill each other. We were guests of the hotel too, not stray tourists with suitcases.
We will probably visit this hotel again because it is worth it for the location and service. Sea view is priceless

Priced as a 7 star. Air cons don't work. Showers old school. No water pressure in the showers! :( Staff as all Polish people lovely. They should fix the air cons and water pressure. Then it's worth 6 out of 7 stars.

One of the few places where tradition combines with a modern look.
