5 * is definitely not enough to rate the Grand Hotel!
Staying in this hotel has long been my dream which has just come true. This is a unique hotel with exceptional service. It has a unique atmosphere and atmosphere. It is thanks to ALL the staff who are very friendly, polite, smiling and helpful. You can see that their work gives them great joy, they do it with great passion and this creates a great atmosphere. Big bow to the floor service - the room was perfectly clean :) also thanks to Mr. Adrian and Mrs. Klaudia - the right people in the right places.
No one will leave the breakfast hungry - everything was delicious and prepared with great care! Restaurant service at the highest level.
THANK YOU very much for these (unfortunately short) 2 days of stay and see you for sure!
How Sopot is just a Grand Hotel! Competition should learn from you :)
