To sleep and that's it, lousy breakfast. Lilliputian level toaster, there was a line with bread.

It's the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Very comfortable, clean and comfortable. We use it in passing to catch a flight the next day.

Attitude at the bar with a rude employee was a bad experience. Maintenance is not up to date with showers malfunctioning in the room we re staying. It doesn t worth the money we are paying. I won t recommend this place.

Modern hotel with easy access. Close to the airport, ideal if you are traveling by plane. It is new and very clean, the rooms and the bathroom are complete. You can eat something in the bar or in the restaurant. Dinner in the restaurant a bit expensive.

THE ONLY BEMOL IS TO HAVE EXPECTED THE AIR SHUTTLE FOR 1 HOUR;
DO NOT ARRIVE DURING THE PAIR DINNER OF THE DRIVER FROM 19H to 20H00;
ALSO WE HAVE FORGOTTED A TEE SHIRT IN THE ROOM WE WAS REPLIED THAT IT HAD NOTHING FOUND;
SURPRISING SO IN SUMMARY WE ARE ANGRY AND DECEIVED

I used this hotel as overnight for morning connecting flt. It was clean convient and had an airport shuttle. The airport shuttle runs to and from airport only 1 time per hour.

Very kind service, friendly staff, the stay was very pleasant, highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful, the rooms are basic and comfortable. You can also use the connection at the airport by free shuttle.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful (I rate them a 10). A few things that need improvement: (1) room 232, the sink drained very slowly, it needs service; (2) towels were threadbare and no hand towel; (3) lack of receptacles near the bed. All other hotels I stay at have a receptacle next to the bed. Overall, a solid value, but basis improvements are needed.

Clean rooms, nice service, airport shuttle service.

The hotel, as always, is excellent because Ibis is often chosen because of their cleanliness, modern minimalism and design. A shuttle goes to the airport from the hotel about which there is no information on the site. Therefore, we went on foot from the airport, which was a problem, it s not so close if you probably have km 2 with luggage, plus sometimes we walked along the highway. We could not take the shuttle back to the airport because it was an early flight, and the shuttle seems to be from 6 or 7 in the morning. Therefore, they called a taxi that took 20 euros for 2-3 km to the airport, in short taxi drivers suck so to speak , at the beginning it showed 8 euros on its counter when they arrived at the airport (this is already 2 and with luggage, as this data he entered at the beginning of the trip) and leaving the car he clicked another button and the amount increased by another 10-12 euros! We asked why, he said this airport pickup is nonsense !!! But it was an early morning, we were tired, sleepy, and there was no mood to sort it out, and what was there to call the cops, and what would you prove if you were in a hurry for the flight. And they count on it! In short, this is informative, so that they have in mind.

The room quite spacious, the shower excellent, the beds very comfortable, normally in these hotels the rooms are very small but in this case, I was really surprised by the size of the room and bathroom, with a very large shower as well as the area of toilet and washbasin, a television screen suitable for the distance to the head of the bed and space to be able to place the suitcase without having to unpack everything, the breakfast service starts from 4:00 AM which is very good for the We have to leave very early, they have a shuttle service to the airport from 6:00 AM and then every half hour.

Room too cramped and bathroom with poor supply of terry towels (very small and ridiculous). Transportation from the Hotel to the airport: we had to pay a taxi because it was not punctual and overcrowded (seats are almost never enough).

Good location, comfortable bed, great price. What more could you ask for? The rooms are a reasonable size and provide a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. The shower needed a little attention which was a minor issue but I expect everything to be work properly and be in good order so I have given only 4 stars this time. Barajas Madrid is a brilliant place to stay, nice bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Good transport links to Madrid, Ifema, and the Airport.

Very nice hotel well with the money with free shuttle service to the airport. The suggested improvement I have is to not limit the WiFi to only three devices.

I had the opportunity to be at the ibis Madrid airport and at the door of Alcala and both fabulous, small rooms but very well equipped with everything you might need and the breakfasts to my surprise were fabulous!

The hotel is wonderful. Very comfortable, functional for night and return to the airport, has free transport and breakfast very complete. Very friendly staff

Reasonable hotel, clean and affordable for Madrid price range. Lovely stuff make sure everything rises up to your expectations. They operate a free shuttle bus to and from the aeroport all day around. Public buses to city center are close by and metro is within 15 min walk.

I only spent one night there, but the hotel is very organized it has a good restaurant.I found it convenient and close to the airport.

I have reserved the bridge of the pillar to attend an event in Madrid, an event that is suspended since Madrid is confined that weekend. I cannot attend because I reside outside of said community, but I forgot to cancel the reservation. Assuming my mistake on Saturday and the first day of the reservation, I request - not the money - but that I be allowed to delay the dates. Attention with the free transport to the airport if you go first thing in the morning, it is supposed to be 6:05, but it is the supposed arrival time of the bus to the hotel (obviously it comes a little later ...) and while the people, suitcases, the driver asks each one the airline, etc, ... ends up leaving much later. Except for the punctuality, the rest of aspects of the hotel is not bad for the area.

Basic hotel just 15 mins ride from the main Barajas airport. Breakfast open from 4am. Very convenient.

Realy nice Hotel. The service was greate. Breakfast was excellent, good offering. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the door safely looked. The bus to the airport was free and drove every 30 minutes.

Fatal !!! I called 6 times from the airport to ask for information on transportation and they never answered the phone.

The most common room that exists and the cheapest chair and you have to use that crap when you want to relax.

The hallway is under construction and they have the guts to offer those rooms.

Of the supposed buffet that can be said ... NOTHING hot food, everything is cold, it is the cheapest.

Do not waste your money ... surely there is something better than a terrible place.

"ANIMAL MALTREATMENT IN THIS HOTEL", I stayed because they admit dogs under payment of 15 euros and for the false proximity to the airport, in the end it ended in 2 sheets of claims, the hotel is isolated in front of the transport and they force you under duress to go with the dog to take a transfer in which they mistreat the animals to not say that they do not admit dogs, about to play with the life of my dog, negative about providing me the employee data for the claim, if you have not dog you stay here and if it is because of its proximity to the airport, it is even worse to depend on a transfer and its schedules

So it's very clean, but the beds are not comfortable, we thought that breakfast was until 12 noon, so no we couldn't take it and we wanted to take a second night but we had to pay 30 more. But a lady at the reception speaks French so I put 2 stars

Easy check in, nice staff, comfortable room, good shower, good wifi, good breakfast and I liked the hostel/young 'vibe' of the hotel. The one thing that could improve a little is the tv in the room. A little too old.
But will definitely consider staying there again if I am passing through Madrid for one night.

The patio is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant, and the staff very attentive. The cafeteria menu was not bad, but neither spectacular. In general, quite recommendable.

Cool, clean place near the airport. Couple of room for improvements : please don't turn off cool option of a/c, we went here February and did not know they have only the heat turned on, breakfast not included - suggest to give a tab and maybe a sign-in sheet so that your staff would not be running to ask customers if they paid or not.
