Very good hotel in services, quiet, good rooms common to all of the chain, very good wifi and breakfast buffet varied and complete but the problem of the hotel is the organization of airport transfers, namely: you have to go down 15 minutes before of the schedule and supposedly it is by order of arrival since the places are limited. It turns out that at the last moment people arrive and get in without any order and one has to be elbowed to climb the Van. This would be solved with a simple list that does the security that is there standing at the door but it seems that the hotel services end when you give the key.

The experience was very good the only complaint is of not having a family room as I had to reserve 2 single rooms for 2 adults and 2 children not being able to stay the whole family together.

- The bus could take more than 30 minutes (in my case I waited 45 minutes at terminal 2 of the airport).
- Breakfast service, excellent.
- The room conditions are good, but there is no bathing cap. We women need it!
