I could not rest all night because of cold and noise.

The noise of the air conditioning of the other rooms does not allow you to sleep, the bathroom falls to chunks it is quite sad.

Whenever I come to Madrid I stay here, of course I move nearby but it is well connected by metro and bus if you want to move around the city. The staff is very friendly. The downside is that sometimes the sounds of other rooms are heard too much. Breakfast has improved over these years, for example I am celiac and have done to include some things in the buffet and the staff is also very nice, (Carmen for example is a solete!).

We traveled with my partner and our two dogs while we were looking for an apartment to rent in Madrid. With just a couple of exceptions, the hotel staff was always very friendly and even put up a bed for our pets, a very useful touch.
The hotel does not have great luxuries, even the way from the reception to the room is less comfortable than I would like but I think it fits the price very well.
The rooms are large, equipped with a kitchen that is very useful and the bathroom has everything to make your stay comfortable. In addition, it has promotions for long stays, so I recommend it if what you need is a hotel to spend the night and carry out activities in Madrid during the day, since it is very close to the Prosperidad metro.

The best value for money. The location is good. Almost better to take the bus than the metro. The room is spacious. With a small kitchen. Cleaning well.
The hotel would need some reform. The worst is the problems of accessibility both to enter the hotel and to go down to the breakfast room. There is no ramp for baby strollers.

Despite the incidence and misunderstanding that we had when making the reservation finally the room that they put us liked us a lot. It had a terrace, the views were not the best but for breakfast / dinner in the month of August is pretty good.
Quiet area with shops around. They provide what was necessary in our case were extension cords and basic cooking things like salt and pepper that we forgot to buy.

The AC in the room doesn t work. We booked this room because it advertised having AC but apparently it s not controlled in the room and per the front desk it is shut off this time of year. False advertising! Also ghe washing machine in the unit doesn t work. When we asked if we could switch rooms the response was that none of the rooms had any of those things working. This room is very outdated and like I said none of the things work. Not to mention we were on the first floor facing a busy street. At night we had to close the blinds because there was a street light pointed directly in our room. This meant no air flow even with the window open. Also couldn t close the curtains with the window open. We booked a king room and we got two separate twin beds (not the same). Definitely would not stay here again or recommend this place!!!

What about this hotel is amazing, I have been a client for many years and although I have not been to this hotel for about three years now, I never paid more than 55 euros per room / night.
Now a commercial firm invites me to attend Madrid and I tell them I will stay at the TOGUMAR, well the bill is incredible, it is seen that when paying a company the prices skyrocket and also according to the day they work different amounts that oscillate between 83 euros on Thursday at 95 on Sunday. Please, a little seriousness, they are announcing in booking at 70 euros per night !.

I received a wonderbox for my marriage and since I only have vacations during the first week of January, I decided to contact your hotel to make it effective. At first the receptionist told us that there was no problem. The next morning the second receptionist, very unpleasant, did not want to.

Aparthotel Sercotel Togumar is my accommodation in Madrid, as it is central but at the same time away from the hubbub of the city center. The Prosperidad neighborhood is very cute, with its old shops and traditional restaurants.

The hotel is old but the rooms have all been refurbished in the past years, adding new furniture, nice bathrooms and even mini-kitchens. For me the apartments are ideal and give you the feeling of being at home.

The rooms and common areas are very clean, it gives confidence. The super friendly staff helps you with everything you need. We had to return home early due to a family problem and they returned the amount of the nights that we had left. They were great. Very good area. Recommended 100%

Recently refurbished hotel. Spacious room with all mod cons (we surprisingly had a small aparthotel style kitchen).
Excellent reception service, they answered all our questions efficiently and kindly.

It is a perfect hotel if you are looking for an affordable place that allows you to cook at the same time. It has everything just to prepare your meals. The best thing is the staff: always attentive and concerned about your needs. I've been repeating for 5 years and whenever I can I'll do it.

The room that I had had no kitchen, but in terms of cleanliness and decoration, the truth is that I was very happy. The cleaning service even folded my pajamas!

Large room, you have a small kitchen when you enter with two induction stoves for cooking, sink, microwave and refrigerator. The very spacious bathroom, with bath, bidet, w.c. and sink. Air conditioning hot / cold. The mattress is not hard but it is firm and comfortable, and they put two different pillows for you to use the one that best suits you. The closet is spacious. You also have a table in the room so you can eat if you cook in the room. It has parking service for 20 euros a day, which is cheaper than paying blue hour and changing neighborhood every time the time of the ticket to find a new parking, because in this area of blue hour when the end of the ticket time does not let you keep putting coins, you have to change neighborhood and look for a new site. The hotel is comfortable and the cleaning is correct. The towels are very good, soft, fluffy and dry very well.

Boutique hotel but still a pleasant experience. Good value for money if you consider what you are getting in terms of facilities and cleanliness. The room was clean and organised with a practical small kitchenette and a home-like bathroom. You might want to consider a room far from the staircase if you are a light sleeper. Overall, the experince was good. A place to come back to if you don't waste a lot of money on fancy hotels.

Perfect value for money, good cleaning. Very adequate breakfast. Very friendly staff. I think it is perfect with parking, pet and breakfast. We stayed one night with the dog and the girl and it was phenomenal.

The hotel is well located, the hygiene perfect, the staff pleasant but the room has left us much to be desired ... at least ours. To spend a night is great, has the basics and nice enough to rest, but seeing the style that came out in the photos of your page, I expected something more "beautiful". Usually I have no more complaints than that, the style of the room in which we stayed, seemed quite old and with a tiny window that did not let even a ray of light ...

Comfortable, good cleanliness and good service. The only thing I did not like was the air freshener at the entrance (it smells like a colony of the old man). Everything else perfect.

There was only dishes in kitchen. Kitchen utensil was very poor. Staffs was good but they need to make the facility be upgraded.

Everything perfect, we booked it with very short notice with wonderbox and we had no problem. The only thing I did not like is that it is not very accessible if you go with a baby carriage because there are stairs to access anywhere, thank goodness they are few.

We had the family room 2 single bed and 1 sofa bed 2 places. Very clean comfortable with kitchenette including fridge and bath ... very well placed 5 minutes from the metro. Breakfast is continental with chorizo cheese ham 3 juice all hot drinks bread or bread crumbs biscuits churros donuts ... in short everything you need. Home sympathetic ... a whole lot of shampoo shower gel 1 pen kit sewing kit shaving toothbrush kit .... it's clean really nothing to say!

I really enjoyed the facilities of this Aparthotel. Everything was very well taken care of. The staff was friendly and very helpfull. Loved the fact that the rooms have an equipped kitchenette. Very important for those who want to save on restaurants or cafes that have exorbitant prices. The ideal place for Portuguese who want to cook their meals. Perfect accommodation for a couple, families and friends. Easy to reach the city center by metro, +/- 20 minutes.

It is ideal if you want a quiet place to sleep and that is close enough to the center (it has a metro station a stone's throw away) to arrive soon but far enough to not pay for the proximity. It is also located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with many shops where you can hang out and enjoy Madrid as if you lived in it!

The rooms had a strange smell, as if they were not ventilated enough, some had a strong smell of smoke.
The bathrooms are old, they do not give very good image.

Upon our arrival, after identifying us, they assigned us a room, for a 3-star, I found the place quite good, the room spacious and most important, everything very clean and the bed comfortable. Regarding breakfast quite basic but well presented, with juices, hot drinks machine, fruit, pastries, cheese, bread and even churros with chocolate, better than I expected considering that it is a 3 star, the attention of the rest staff, except the employee of the first day, the most pleasant. Although it is not very central, it is a recommendable hotel because it has the station 2min away.
