In this two-star hotel you will find better services than any of 4. Wide, comfortable beds, well-lit room, table with plugs (What a thing that some hotels sell themselves as a business hotel and give you a table without plugs!)
The staff is very attentive. There is bar service and fast food 24 hours a day.
Breakfast is ok. Justito.
There is parking for 8 (2019).

Very useful for those who have a long connection at Barajas Airport and need to rest, as the hotel offers a free transfer service to the airport and vice versa, I was informed that the transfer was only until 23:30, but I got it a van at the airport at 00:00 and I got it right. Neighbor to the hotel has a good super market for those who want to bring some bottles of wine. Has a Mc Donalds almost in front of the hotel for those who wish to have a quick snack. Bare basics bare bones room reminded me of that rhyme about Old Mother Hubbard. Cleaning job pretty sloppy. Old towel left behind and new towels and signage replaced haphazardly. I had to sniff the pillows and sheets to check it was clean. No desk as advertised, no fridge, no kettle, no complimentary water. 2 stars for airport shuttle, location and quick check-in. Internet a bit slow. Small shower head and angle left half my small body out in the cold while taking a shower which wasn't very nice in a cavernous wheelchair bathroom. Unlikely to stay here again. Just needed something close due to late night arrival and next day departure. Not stayed with Ibis before, I wasn't sure what to expect but I usually stay in hostels...! Now I think pay for a hostel or airbnb and a cab ride might be a better option for using Barajas airport if there is a next time!

This hotel has a bus that runs every 30 minutes through the Madrid Barajas airport terminals. The rooms are, as in all IBIS, the same. The attention by the reception staff is unbeatable, the cafeteria coffee is very good. The price of the hotel is consistent with the quality of it. recommendable

It is a basic airport hotel. Breakfast starts at 4 am which is a plus when traveling early.

Very enjoyable as is usual with Ibis. The only negative was the noisy cleaning lady working next door slamming doors to the point that I woke up and could feel my bed shuddering!
Maybe it should be suggested that doors be closed quietly espescially when 'Do not Disturb' signs are in evidence in the morning.
Apart from that, nice and efficient welcome at reception, very good breakfast, excellent shuttle service and overall excellent value for money!
Will recommend Ibis Barajas to others and will no doubt return myself!

Hotel convenient to catch early flight as it has a free shuttle and takes about 5 minutes. Breakfast is paid the part 7.95 euros but well worth it. The room has great structure and comfort. There's Mac Donald nearby.

Simple hotel but clean and affordable. Whenever we left the airport we stayed there. we will repeat!

Our plan was to holiday in Cuenca butas we were due to arrive at Barajas late on a Sunday night and too late to make the onward journey, we had booked the IBIS for the night. The free hotel shuttle worked perfectly. The room was clean and more than adequate for a one night stay. The breakfast (included in our rate) was very good. But the most impressive thing was the welcoming staff - very professional and helpful. Specifically (and pro-actively after asking to where we were going next), they suggested that for our onward journey to Atocha - which we had planned by Metro with 2 station changes with cases (to get the train to Cuenca), it would be better to use the free shuttle back to the airport and get the express bus to Atocha from there. This we did and it worked out fine. Certainly better than using the Metro (which we had to do on the way back and during which journey we were pickpocketed......)

Coronavirus does not require an airport shuttle. Breakfast a bit expensive compared to the usual buffet.
