Basic rooms with very comfortable beds, good restaurant with early breakfast, free airport shuttle bus.

Hotel 6 minutes from the airport. It offers shuttle service. Relatively small parking. I had to park on the street in the month of August. I hope to repeat.

It is not ideal to go with a baby, since it does not have a refrigerator in the room and they make you have problems to heat the food of the child or drink in the microwave, the breakfast is very good

Service and attention Good, poor and scant restaurant menu

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has its own parking basement so if you drive there you'll have the option to park inside. The hotel itself is very close to the airport, we went to T2 and we're there in under 10 minutes. All in all, recommended if you need to fly out of Madrid and have an early morning departure.

Ibis international standard. You know what you get and this is exactly the case. Friendly staff, room is fine and clean. The Barajas station is 800m away and connects with the entire city. I would certainly recommend for a short stay over in Madrid.

Its what you expect from an airport hotel. I've stayed in better Ibis's. The bathroom smelled a bit and the room was a bit dark. Comfortable bed though and decent shuttle to/from the airport, and in an area with lots of good food options.

Everything was very good, the advantage of Ibis hotels is that it maintains standards everywhere, so you always know what you will find.

The use of the hotel was to be able to leave my car in its parking lot during my trip and to be able to stay in the back and it was very pleasant the attention received by the staff that works there.

Excellent for a stay before an early flight. We arrived late, left early, our rooms were comfortable and attention was great throughout. The restaurant was open until 11:30 which let us grab a late bite. It would have been perfect if they also sold some chocolate :-)

The hotel is well located and for more than 5 years it has been my hotel every time for different reasons I had to fly. And I say it was because in my last visit they asked me to take my car out of the parking lot and park it in an open field because apparently it is not allowed to park anyone who stays overnight, something new because as I said it took years to stay and I had never before happened Since if there is anything left in the town of Barajas are hotels, from now on I will opt for other options. A shame

Hotel Ibis is a really good deal if you're looking for something close to the airport. The staff is really nice, they have a free shuttle and breakfast, and there are some decent dinner options nearby.

I think it's a good option if you want to rest one night after a long plane trip. Of the Ibis that I know I would not be among the best. Excellent bed
