Spectacular reception staff and staff. All very kind, helpful and prepared. I was able to leave my luggage for a few days because I was in transit and then I came back. Correct rooms, Ibis standard. Good and free transport to the airport. Very nice, an older man who drives Van to the airport during the day, with excellent musical taste ... ahaha ... I only heard good rock in the Van. I think it's a differential to be treated well in hotels. Congratulations to the administration. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

Very clean and well located, friendly, courtesy bus, the driver very nice indeed. Mixology leaves a little to be desired, because unless you drink strong drinks with ice or cola rum, nothing more.

Very good location quality / price. The rooms are classic Ibis (for us cabin type) but neat, functional and silent). The continental breakfast of very good quality. The only thing that is critical is the transport to the airport that is not organized (it is in order of arrival) and sometimes one passes ahead of another.

A lot has happened in the last 5 years. Quality of service and maintenance of the hotel has dropped dramatically. Don't recommend it anymore. Attitude at the front desk with confrontational and rude employee, Ricula, was an exhausting experience. Maintenance is not up to date with showers malfunctioning in the rooms we stayed.

It is very close to the airport, you can go on foot, good and comfortable room, friendly staff, if you like to watch TV you should know that there are few channels but hey, there is internet. Thank you Ibis Madrid.

It is the fourth occasion that we stayed at this Ibis, and it has always been phenomenal.
The parking for the cars is very good and the transfer service to the airport unblemished.

The hotel meets expectations, it is clean and the staff is very attentive, I just see a fault the parking can get and be busy and have to leave the car on the street that was what happened to us the two nights we spent the night at.

It is not right that when a customer needs transportation to go somewhere, you ask for a service such as Vtc, a service that does not comply with the law and that pays its taxes outside of Spain. I would like to know, if you As a hotel chain, customers instead of staying, rent a room, flat ... on Airbnb. I think your sector is also struggling with these platforms ... Waiting 1:30 of the shuttle, despite a reservation email indicating the time and place and 3 phone calls. The hotel is only a few hundred meters from the T1 but can not be reached on foot because of the highways. Our wait in the cold at 23h allowed us to count 3 rotations of shuttles from other hotels. Schedules indicated for the morning shuttle are false, it only works from 7am.

As always, it met my expectations. I had not gone after the renovations at the reception and the truth is that it is now much better. Congratulations. Maybe the transfer was a bit crowded but I understand it was Holy Week when I went and it is normal for this to happen. For the rest, room, quality of sleep, cleanliness and attention, perfect.

Super well connected and with a great variety of offers around it. The hotel worthy of Ibis.Traveldog always uses it for its technicians, since they allow pets in the rooms.

It is well located, next door has a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, banks, hairdresser ... it is easy to park without paying parking. It has nearby bus stops that take to the center of Madrid, the metro is within 10 minutes walk.

Great hotel to do a night if your flight departs very soon. The van that takes you to the hotel took a long time to be at the stop. When you finally ride at 5m you are at the hotel, but we waited more than half an hour under the scorching sun of Madrid.

Frankly average! Near airport but transport overpriced. No kettle and coffee in the rooms.

Nice and close to the plane and very handy that they have a shuttle service. The 5-star goes mainly to the bed, which I personally really liked. Staff is also friendly.

I felt that during check in the front staff was not warm and friendly - she did not smile or greet us warmly. However , when we were checking out they were extremely kind and ensured we were the first ones on the bus since we were waiting first. We absolutely loved and appreciated the shuttle services to the airport which was a huge bonus for this hotel. Overall, it was a good experience.

I needed a hotel near the airport for an overnight stay, and Ibis Madrid Aeropuerto fit the bill exactly. Reservation was easy, check-in was quick, staff very courteous, room was clean and modern. Happy there was a restaurant on site so I didn't have to go searching for someplace to eat. Appreciated the shuttle service. One small thing: the towels were a little thread-bare and need replacing. But that's just nit-picking. Would stay here again in a minute and recommend it highly.

Hotel comfortable for a couple of nights with very good services. Located 5 minutes from the T1 and 10 from the T4. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a large bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Maybe it would not hurt a little more staff in reception for certain times when customers collapsed the place

Standard ibis room, friendly staff, restaurant with good options. There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel every 30 minutes. To take the shuttle, you should drive to the "hotel bus" stop in the exit areas of terminals 1, 2 and 4. Excellent for those who will catch an early or late flight at the airport. They keep their luggage, too.

It is a place close to the airport recommended for people who go to stay for a short time, it is cheap, the rooms are very well maintained and clean, breakfast is a little scarce, the hotel is basically to sleep and leave the next day, it's good located just 10 minutes from the airport, and connected with public transport.

The service and warmth of the staff is excellent. Upon my arrival it was my birthday and they left me in the room a cake, candles with my years and two happy birthday posters and a balloon. This hotel always stands out for the excellent attention of the staff. VERY RECOMMENDED

Unpleasant. We were forced to book another room for our family and were treated rudely.

Due to the pandemic we were unable to travel, but the chain agreed to refund our money. I want to express my appreciation to the hotel for doing the right thing, and I hope that as soon as we can travel we will have the opportunity to stay there.
