I am always happy to work with APS. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I am always happy to see Kerrington as my service tech because I know he is going to get to the bottom of the problem and get it resolved. Morgan is great and gets a tech out to us whenever we need it and recently we have been needing them a lot! Thank guys!

Requested service for the car gate at my property. Jason came and blew me away with his knowledge and professionalism. Every moment he made was productive and he fixed EVERYTHING that the previous company missed. Seriously one of the best service calls I've ever had.
As a property management company, we have worked with APS many times for our property intercom needs and I am very happy with their professional service, fantastic customer care, competitive prices and availability to do the job in a timely manner. Armando was ver professional from the moment he arrived and identified himself and explain how he was going to test both gates. Work was done at no time saving me money. I have had other companies giving false estimates and I needed to replace expensive parts. Armando replaced and fixed what really needed without overcharging me a penny. I would recommend him 100%! Nice employee to have. I can tell his future is brilliant!
As a General Manager of a High Rise and previously a Community manager for a multitude of HOAs I can say that APS is the company you want to work with for gates, cameras, intercoms and so much more. Mike Ellis came out recently to address an upgrade to our camera system and did an amazing job. He was attentive, responsive and courteous. I'm glad to know I can count on him and APS for our future needs.

Morgan is exceptional, she is always able to take care of my emergency (and non emergency) calls with a great attitude. She is a HUGE problem solver for me and always deals with each request in a responsive and professional way. Did work at my apartment complex and left a mess of drywall and stucco debris that is being tracked all over the carpets in my breezeway and apartment. Brought this to their attention two days ago, they're still working at my complex but they haven't cleaned up their mess.
APS has proven to be a fantastic company with excellent technicians and products to give your home or HOA the security and curb appeal it deserves. Wether it is an entry gate, access control or security cameras and intercoms, their installations are first rate. The company is run by true professionals with excellent client references. I would definitely do business with them again.
We use APS quite often for our gate needs. Morgan Fisher in customer service is very responsive, and I know whatever questions or concerns I have, I can direct them to her and they will be addressed. She is always polite, sweet, and genuine. It's nice to have a company I don't have to call in for a quick response. I can simply send an email and I know Morgan will get back to me no problem. Girl deserves a raise!
Morgan helped me this afternoon with what started out to be an "emergency". She did everything she needed to do in a totally professional manner - I had no need to worry because she knew exactly how to handle the situation. Morgan is definitely an asset to APS.

I called my friends at APS on a Friday at nearly 5p because I was in a jam trying to finish a construction project. Not only did they answer, but they had the parts I needed and made arrangements for me to pick them up on Saturday morning so that we could keep moving forward and complete our project in time. Wow!! Excellent customer service doesn t even begin to describe the experience!! Definitely recommend APS for all of your needs as they are one of my favorite subcontractors in San Diego. APS installed our security fob system. As with any new system, there were some glitches/kinks to work out, but they are quick to respond and make service calls to troubleshoot and solve and issues that have come up. The system is very easy to use; programming the fobs for our various schedules was a breeze.We definitely recommend and are loving the added security it provides for our students and staff.
Concerned APS technician, Jason, stopped by my place late on his way home from work recently to check out my gate. I d phoned him earlier that day to explain it had begun beeping the day before and not stopped. He discovered the problem and said he would confer with APS about the solution. He returned the next day, again on his way home, to retrieve the malfunctioning part. He explained the office would need to order a new part from Escondido and it might take a few days.
Late on a workday afternoon Jason installed the new part, made adjustments and now the gate is working fine. It was misting and he suggested I hold an umbrella he had over his work area to protect the working components. He also explained details of the system again which was a great refresher.
I would definitely refer friends and family to APS and ask them to request Jason as their technician. He has a professional and pleasing manner, knows what he s talking about and doing, and is a conscientious person. From the time of my phone call his response was immediate concern for my problem and he focused on making that problem disappear. He kept me informed as to the progress of the ordered part, the day he would return, then called a couple hours early on that day to give me the time of his arrival. He represents APS well. I'm glad I live on his way home from work : ) RG
I am an Administrative Specialist at Menas Realty and love working with APS. I needed help with getting a key fob activated today for a new homeowner and Jennifer was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I appreciated her prompt response to my email and following up with me after my request was complete.
APS installed an access control system for our HOA s community pool. We are pleased with the functionality and reporting capabilities of the system. APS performed a quality install of the system and used quality hardware. We were please with their responsiveness and dedication o resolving all of our concerns.

I have worked with this company over 5 years. I have always had a great experience with everyone in their office. It is rare to find an entire office of people who care about their customers and work with their customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service rendered. Even when mistakes have occurred, APS is quick to adapt and make a correction. You can't go wrong with Jennifer, Al, Morgan, Chad, and Chris (just to name a few). Their service techs call and update you when they have completed a job or to let you know that they have found additional issues that need addressing. I don't know other companies that follow up so diligently and close the loop on repairs! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional service provider who cares about their customers.
I m going to guess that most of these 5 star reviews on google were paid for. Check yelp ratings. Those seem more accurate. Our neighborhood waited an absurd amount of time for our entrance gate to be repaired/replaced by this company. Gate was propped wide open close to 2 months... when finished there was a terribly loud squeal that was eventually fixed and the remotes they provided the neighborhood barely work. You have to sit at the gate and move the remote all around the vehicle to get the gate to open. Ideally we would all just Program our vehicles homelink systems (instead of using these worthless remotes) but they ARE NOT EVEN ABLE TO BE PROGRAMMED into the vehicles. Of the six vehicles my neighbors and I tried, not one would program with these remotes. Unbelievably disappointing outcome our HOA money went towards.
Morgan did such a great job responding to our gate issue on a Friday afternoon! And Armando was so helpful and professional when he arrived to fix our gate. We were fully operational before he left us...making sure we had a worry.free weekend!
APS was very responsive to my needs to get a gate looked at asap. I have called them on more than one occasion for immediate service. They are awesome.
Morgan took care of our concerns in an efficient and ptofessional manner. She got a tecnician to our door same day (as promised). Her customer service and telephone skills are top notch-- very clear communication, a good grasp of what was needed, and was able to problem solve a rapid solution to suit my needs. I felt as though was in touch with an adult!! I write this after the fact::technician has come and gone, he knew exactly what issues he need to address, and he found the problem quite quickly. Job well done on all counts!
