It's a rip off and a scam to get your money. There is never any places available to rent

Kids took this plan in hilton head. Later I read online reviews and found they are a scam. They never provided service they promise. Buyer have 72 hrs to cancel the contract using certified mail. I advised kids to cancel the contract. They cancelled contract within 72 hrs as mentioned in contract. The Resort Anytime representative are not returning the money on card. They put phones on indefinite hold. It is same thing that I read in other reviews too. I do not understand how such businesses can exist in USA. Consumers be careful! If you have signed a contract, you still have 72 hrs to cancel it.

Use them at least twice per year on last minute vacations. Great experiences.

Total rip-off, they promised to take our time share but then wanted 3500 + we give them our time share and we got nothing in return. You can fine better deals on your own. Stay away.

0 Stars not possible. It is a money making scheme. There are some discounts they offer, but usually places you don't want to stay at. Stay away if you like your money.

It's funny that so many people say this is a scam. My parents have had this for years and its actually awesome. You can go a lot of places for an entire week for $155 or $275. It's a great price and we use it every year. Last year we went to Atlantic beach. 4 people in a condo for a week for $175. This year my parents went to Mexico for 15 days for $345. I think if you clear your head of the fact that it is not easily accessible information you will see that in the end it is worth it. I am going to Mexico in January for a week for $227. Just imagine how much that would cost as a normal trip. Just saying. I've experienced it and I enjoy it. Don't let impatient reviewers confuse you.

I have timeshare for last five years. They never provided any service, It is a scam to get your money. And also they are getting yearly membership fee.

I called the custom care to get an explanation of what the membership provides, prepared to set up my payment. I spoke to Lisa. Company is a sham! They are liars!! Lied from the start. Never did anything they said they would do. Still dealing with there bulls@#t 6 years later. Cancelled my account and they still billed me. I refused to pay(because I cancelled)they turned it over to collections. I thought it was finished and nope they some how hit my credit again the other day. It's a neverending nightmare. The people who work here should have a happy place in hell waiting on them. They sicken me!!

A big scam and they don't have your back. Hard to get out of it. Also they are no longer in Hilton Head anymore and never told there customers. 80$ a month and only 4 times I've been able to use them the last 2 years. Not worth the waste of money I'm losing. Expedia works just the same for me without the monthly fee.
